The color coded tabs are very useful when describing steps to take to employees out in the field how to get to certain notes, etc.

Cons

The system often pauses and is slow at times, which can be frustrating to employees out in the field while they are trying to enter their notes.

It has a good format. Easy to follow. Options to click or type out your notes. Very modifiable based on your needs.

Cons

Doesn't always have the best options on the clickable tabs. It would be helpful to have a therapist assist with improving and modifying the software to make it more user friendly for therapists.

Continuity of notes between users. Ability to look back at patient progress easily. System will not allow Evals to be signed off with areas missing.

Cons

Redundant phrases between sections can get frustrating. If you bill your minutes under one code and document under another, the system doesn’t alert you.

I would recommend this software for EMR.

Pros

Ease of access. You can even do it remotely if you are given access. All you need is in the system to build a note and you can always customize your response too.

Cons

So far I don't have any issues as long as you have good internet. This is a great tool and very user friendly.

Easy to navigate and overall easy to use. It has featured needed to complete the jobs needed with little difficulty to the program.

Cons

Updates take a long time to load, the email system often takes several attempts to load and does not have a search bar. Also spell check would be a great option.

Cons

The more technical and complicated tasks of this software are difficult to learn and not intuitive. I regularly have to call for assistance.

My Staff has asked me after only almost a year with this program if we could please change to something else... very discouraging.

Pros

That billing scheduling and documentation are in one system, and that it is cloud based so we don't have to use a server

Cons

everything they do an update over the weekend some other functionality particularly in the billing system gets messed up and doesn't work or they take away something that was working week fire your clinic. This causes great staff frustration and initially cash flow issues. You cannot get problems solved in a timely manner and they want you to email it in and then try to solve by email rather than having a person you can talk to. Plus you never get the same person so you constantly have to re-explain things. The billing and documentation system do not produce reports that can pull information from both. For example you cannot run a report that shows you number of patient visits per insurance type like bcbs or wc etc.

I like that each day is broken down per DOS. Very easy to read and understand. Easy to make changes and correct errors.

Cons

I wish we had the ability to click and print multiple documents at one time. Very time consuming to open and print each DOS individually. Also I would like the ability to be able to reprocess the Eval instead of just the DOS. Maybe a multiple button resubmit for incorrect DOI or body parts.

Cons

Implementation was constantly pushed back Our agency was basically helping them mold their software Unable to get Independence Blue Cross insurance properly working Office staff did not have control over numerous features Unable to move documents to a different chart Scheduling was a nightmare The offline & online functionality would be a disaster for our clinicians Wasted more time on implementation during COP's that we could not afford for the product not to fit our needs

Offers updated regulatory changes. invaluable tech support. The COM version has minimal glitches that when occur are easily corrected.

The POC option does seem to have several gitches. Some functionality would be inproved if there were more required feilds prior to e signing

EMRs are the now. Agility helps make that process seamless.

Pros

ease in use, easy to teach to new staff. Scan-ability is great as is the ability to have lab, radiology, drug screening, etc. results directly load into Agility.

Cons

i really do not have any dislikes. We had the STIX predecessor which had become antiquated but set us up for an easy transition to Agility software.

The single biggest impact that Agility EHR has had for our urgent care and occupational health business is that we’ve realized an average revenue increase of $16 per patient visit in the first four months of use. This increased revenue quickly adds up to a big impact when you realize that we will see about 55,000 patients in just this year alone. When we started our software search, our occupational health practice was growing, and our software was not designed for that aspect of our business. As a result, we were experiencing a lot of lost productivity due to errors and re-work. We also wanted to resolve the issues of lost revenue due to under-coding, time wasted searching for misplaced paper charts, legibility complaints from pharmacists and specialists, and the high cost of transcription and paper chart storage. Moving to Agility EHR has resolved all of these issues, and then some. The physicians are really happy with the software, and, of course, charting and coding has greatly improved. Agility EHR has created efficiencies that will allow us to grow without adding staff.

Referral management is really well done. The products works well with Business Intelligence to provide a massive amount of information for analytic purposes. There is a great amount of ability to track things like insurance authorizations. Very powerful tool when combined with Business Intelligence.

Cons

Scheduling functionality needs to be refined, especially across clinics where a therapist travels between multiple clinics. In addition, would like to see the outpatient library implemented.

### "A descent hospice software"

Pros

I like how this product has very good notes for some of the disciplines like nursing. It is also pretty simple to grasp and also has many good features such as pre-population of notes that helps us see how the patients are changing over time. The process of adding notes is also simple.

Cons

I did find that for compliance to certain Joint Commission and Chap standards, I had to do some manual changes to the documentation that hospicesoft offers. I have certain clauses that I always add to notes and features that surveyors have asked me about. Surveyors have also pointed out how convoluted the IDT documentation can be. While it certainly has all the information, it can be quite difficult to find each piece of information.
