### "I see room for improvement."

Help desk can be slow to respond or not always eager to help the customer.

Pros

Flexibility of platforms; we use both IPads and desktops/laptops however I will comment about the mobile platform next.

Cons

Annoying download when running for the first time on a new/reimaged device, which often times out if there is lower bandwidth. This download also is forced after any update. Our IPads mostly sit idle as the therapists have given up on trying to use them. This is happening at all 40+ of our facilities; it's not an isolated incident. Please take a long, honest look at your mobile product.

Pros

It is pretty easy to figure out. I am able to enter therapists easily enough. It is easy enough to figure which reports I need for our Accounting department so that is a plus.

Cons

I don't know all of the ins & outs of the program itself but I know enough for what I need it for. The only other con I can think of is if a therapist changes their last name, I have to create a whole new profile for that therapist - that is a waste of time for me. I cannot change the therapist's last name on their current profile. Why is that?

It is easy to follow and utilize system

Pros

I like the ease of scheduling patients. I like the feature of knowing at the time of scheduling that it will not conflict with another appointment. It follows patients pain and type of pain.

Cons

It seems to repeat steps w/ documentation. It would be nice to have previous documentation available while documenting and not have to pull up another screen. I have lost several documentations due to not applying or computer losing internet. Same problem with scheduling. I have had to go in and start scheduling all over due to someone else making a change that prevents me from saving everyone I scheduled.

How user friendly it is and it is designed for Hospice documentation only . The support team was available and training was easy thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and all the staff of support .

Cons

The cost is a little steep; however, it is worth it if my census would increase

I like the software. I think it will be an improvement to the one we currently have

Cons

the training was awful. The speaker trained us like we already knew the system. Too may features that didn't work in the testing environment. It would have been better to start with few pts for few days in the actual setting. We didn't have user friendly handouts to train the rest of the team members. No a very good process to train the train when the trainers were not comfortable with the training they received. The waiting time for IT support is super lengthy. .

I would NOT recommend this software

Pros

It is an Occupational medical clinic oriented software and is able to utilize our clearing house for billing.

Cons

The worst support I have ever experienced, it is practically non-existent, the update charges are outrageously expensive, the reports are very difficult to withdraw the needed information for practice management

I am the Manager of Employee Health & Workers’ Comp Services at Tampa General Hospital. We have used Integritas software to manage Employee Health data since 1992, and in 2009 we began using Agility EHR. The ability to customize reports to get exactly the data we need is one of the biggest advantages of Agility EHR. We have used the software to pinpoint exactly where and how a majority of injuries were occurring, and to drill down into the specifics. Consequently, we have been able to implement strategies to significantly reduce work-related injuries. Our nurse practitioners use the EMR function to document their patient visits. The EMR function is very flexible and allows us to customize our own templates. Agility also has very good reporting for managing exposures, case management of our workers’ compensation claims, and we have even used it to capture FMLA data. Integritas customer support is always available to assist with any technical issues. They also work with us whenever we have an “out of the box” idea, to find new ways to improve our processes using Agility EHR. I would recommend Agility EHR to any hospital that is considering the purchase and implementation of an EHR to manage Employee Health data.

AWS was cool idea, however, the fact we had potentially millions of IP addresses to deal with meant a lot of nonsense for the technology team to try and unblock. The resolution to fix took forever to get to. Not sure why we were jerked around before the fix was offered.

Pros

No support from the local technology team required. Once we got past the AWS issue that rehab teams are more able to support themselves without burden on internal technology team.

Cons

AWS created issues, support was not very supportive. We were not offered a solution until we fought with our router vendor and wasted a number of hours trying to support in house.

it does a great job at keeping up with rug levels/mins, gives alerts that are helpful, easy to quickly write a note. I like it!

Pros

I like the ability to quickly record my daily notes. I like that it alerts you if a progress note is due as well as a 10th visit note. can easily see what needs co signing. it is easier to keep up with these things.

Cons

i wish it were strictly online as opposed to downloading the software onto a computer. it would make it more accessible so that you could work on your paperwork anytime

Not good enough compared to Clinicient software that we had used for last 3-4 years for EMR. Maybe it’s more acceptable nationwide in terms of billing and SOAP format but not a 21st century product.

Pros

Good EMR template built in. Easy to click to choose your drop downs to write into patient’s EMR. Able to sign off all the notes in real time giving it more credibility.

Cons

Could have more information available on one screen rather than opening different windows while searching details. For eg. Copay information. Have to click “problem” to save notes otherwise it’s lost in the next visit.

Have been very pleased with our Choice to join since last September.

Pros

That it remains compliant with COPs and our accreditation of ACHC. They are continuously rolling out with updates and software improvements.

Cons

On tablets the screen appears small and hard to read. And that’s on an IPAD mini2. Need to offer the training sessions maybe twice a week for new employees coming on. Maybe Tuesday and Thursday.

Pros

Cloud based so can communicate with employees from any computer. User friendly. Ability to see schedules for all therapists on one screen makes seeing day flow nice.

Cons

Financials are accessed through a separate program, would be nice if was all under one. Have to remember to always refresh/apply any changes--auto apply/refresh would be nice.

Hospice Management Suite has been a great benefit to us. As a small hospice we shopped around for a software that would meet our needs and we found just that in HMS. We really wanted find a software that worked for us and would help us to become more in compliance with the ever changing COP's, yet we were unable to invest huge amounts of time or money to the process. When I came across HMS we knew right away that it could be just what we were looking for to get us away from the old fashioned paper chart, and it was! We have found Hospice Management Suite to offer user friendly and precise charting capabilities for our IDG team. We also love the fact that we are able to use various methods within the software to generate pt/staff measures which assist us with our QAPI program. We feel that one of the best features available from HMS is the customer service. They have always been just a phone call or email away to help us out or listen to a suggestion. The people at HMS feel like an extended arm of our hospice team rather than a business located half a country away! Did I mention that it is web based!!! Awesome!!!

This is a great product, my staff has caught on quite easily and any new staff seems to have no problem getting things done. My office manager is a much happier person as she can get through payroll in a much faster time than before. Not to mention billing, you guys are awesome. No more looking through those paper charts or begging people to bring in their paperwork to the office at the end of the month, what a Blessing!!!!!! Optima? (Hospicesoft) where were you all this time? Thanks a million.

Pros

That it's hospice based and made strictly for hospice. I like the fact that I no longer have to keep up with several pieces of paper for both schedule and time sheets at the same time. Billing made easy!!!

Cons

That it's taking me so long to learn all the features. But then again new things are added all the time so I just have to keep up.

NOTHING MIGRATED OVER CORRECTLY OR COMPLETELY AND THIS IS SO COMPLICATED. NOTHING IS SIMPLE TO NAVIGATE.

We are a busy urgent care/occupational medicine clinic at LAX Airport in Los Angeles. We have been using Agility EHR since 2008. We implemented Agility EHR in record time. Integritas provided a high level of support, and they even converted data from our existing occupational medicine software, which made the transition easier. Since we began using Agility EHR, we have tripled our patient volume, and simultaneously reduced staff by 15 percent. Our physicians like the EHR. New physicians have been able to learn the system in just two shifts -- it’s very easy to use. Given the combination of patients that we treat for urgent care and occupational medicine, I would highly recommend Agility EHR to any provider who is serious about meeting the needs of these patient groups.

We are a relatively small hospice that has 4 clinicians. We are known for giving our patients a very personal experience during this rough time. Our average census is anywhere from 35-40, expecting to grow this year by 20 percent. We looked for software because charting on paper created more and more problems everyday. This company is extremely easy to work with. They provided a very comprehensive implementation and training period (they even worked with us on the price). After using this software for the past several months we would never want to go back to paper charting. Hospice Management Suite also has something called a document center which has been amazing; we can scan and upload and document into our patient record. IDG has been drastically shortened, and we love the time it has saved us. Overall the best part of this software is the people. The Hospice Suite team has exceptional customer support, and actually listen to our feedback on the software. This is a very happy customer. -Jacob Andrews

Cons

There is limited free customization offered. The support for initial facility setup was lacking on the front end, especially for financials.
