It is nice to be dealing with the same people for several years. Pros I like that the program is colorful, it makes it easier to find things. The tabs are organized like a paper chart. I'm very used to Casamba though so this will take me some getting used to. I'm sure it will work out ok. Cons You just have to know where to look to find what you need, and it's a little spread out. I wish the system came with security clearance already built in. We have to check mark every tiny detail for have a therapists have any sort of access. I like that each section is fairly intuitive and flows smoothly. There are a lot of functions that work seamlessly together which is nice. Cons It can be confusing figuring out where certain functions are located however software support is usually very helpful in helping us figure out where to find each function. The vendor is supportive, friendly, and available. Cons I haven't found anything that I do not like yet. If I had to find the least likable factor, I'd say that sometimes I get confused about why one piece of information/report should include information from entire chart, but then I find that it only pulls information from a portion of the chart (e.g., the Doctor's Order lists some medications, but not all the medications the patient is currently taking). It may be efficient at some point, but it must take a long time becoming proficient at it. It is not intuitive, especially with writing goals. It makes it difficult for making short term goals into long term goals and it constantly kicks me out of goal writing. Aside from that, I do not like anything about this EMR. Cons Agility is a rudimentary data entry system that does not enhance practice efficiencies. This system is not physician friendly. The logistics of patient flow, interoffice communication and extra office communication are adversely affected. Pros The program is easy to use, and has most of the features needed to efficiently run a therapy practice. Cons Reports can be repetitive, and customer service does not always know the answer. At times, glitches or updates take a while to correct.
