November 9, 2021 5.0 Overall it's also very inexpensive, considering its powerful features like the Instant Win campaign, and I highly recommend it to any business serious about building their email list. Pros We have been using Woorise for the last 12 months and have had outstanding success with their instant win campaign. Their instant win campaign setup allows visitors to enter a competition and know straight away if they have won the prize or not. The benefit of this is, instead of them waiting a few weeks to see if they win, they will know immediately. And if they don't win, you can give them a second prize, a discount code, with a follow-up email sequence. This is powerful because you can add them to our email newsletter through Zapier or Pabbly using an API connection. The team also over at Woorise is exceptional; there are very responsive and helped us out when we had to integrate Facebook pixel into Woorise to create our ad campaigns. Cons We initially had difficulty integrating the Facebook pixel with the tool, but the support team helped us quickly in getting this resolved. In fact, I keep dummy giveaways in draft just so I can remember what I've done before. This is one of those tools that's so powerful you can bend it to your will. Unfortunately, it requires many hours of experimentation. Even now, when I set up a new giveaway, I ask a group of friends to test it first. Just so I know I haven't inadvertently created any headaches. That said, the options for employing WooRise are endless. You can, for example, be super specific about which countries can access each giveaway. You can create logic-based features that behave differently for each entrant. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time on each new trick you try. Pros This is the only web app I know that can handle instant giveaways. It does a lot of other things, too. You can use it for quizzes, all kinds of giveaways, and instant lotteries. Cons It took me a long time to figure out how to use most of the features. And the example giveaways are really paltry. This product can do so much, but you're really on your own for figuring out how. Premade layouts do help a lot and CSV export helps to quickly export the data. Facebook page install is a nice feature to help it easily integrate with Facebook which saves lot of time and viral share makes it spread easy. Cons Pricing is super weird, media upload and custom domain are only available with Pro Plan which makes you sometimes dislike the product these are some basic features for which the pricing is bomb. I'm glad I tried it instead of continuing to use the most popular software. Pros You can create a beautiful contest within minutes, and what I absolutely love about it is the "Viral Share" option, which is included in every plan - yes, even in the FREE plan! The Viral Share option is a must for a successful contest. On my first try, with the free plan, I got 425 participants in only 10 days, and I had posted the contest only once on Reddit! That was all. I didn't have to promote the contest as the viral share option brought all the traffic. 65% of the entries were from referrals! And if you consider upgrading to a paid plan, the prices are the lowest you can find for all the features it offers. Cons Considering I don't need all the other features besides the free plan + unlimited entries, paying 30 euros for one month is still a high price for me. Pros Versatile: You can use it for giveaways of different types, rewarding actions that the participants take, but you can also use it as a regular form or even a bio/landing page like link tree. They also often offer promotions/discounts/deals so it can be even more affordable than the standard price. The free tier is also very useful, but the paid tiers allow you to remove the branding and access more features and have more monthly entries. Later I discovered that Woorise is basically just a customized version of Gravity Forms, which also lacks the customization features like putting input fields into multiple columns, instead of just stacking them. So I guess Woorise is not to blame for that. Honestly, if I had discovered the similarities earlier, I would have probably just gone with Gravity Forms and put up my Giveaway with their built-in features, which can be done, but would surely require some compromises. In the end it's okay for me, since I got the tool for a reasonable price via AppSumo, so now that I have it, I'm definitely going to use it again. Pros Woorise does have some interesting features for setting up Giveaways and Sweepstakes on your website. In the right hands it can be quite a powerful tool, while being cheaper than some subscription-based services like Gleam. Cons The learning curve is very steep, it takes some time to get used to the tool and it still lacks some customization features. Some things require workarounds that need to be found yourselves, since documentation is not that comprehensive on some features. What I would really like to have is some form of verification for certain actions, like when you require someone to tweet out a message, in order to gain entries. November 4, 2020 4.0 Pros Earlier when I started using this tool, it was because a friend of mine suggested me. To be honest, I was not very impressed as it looked a little old school type. But! I am glad that I was wrong. This tool is pretty powerful. Slowly as I started using the tool, I realized that it got so many features that to match it, you will have to combine multiple other tools. Here are the features and use cases that can work just fine with Woorise, Also, it integrates with Razorpay so for me as Indian, it adds 10x value because now I dont have to rely on stripe or paypal. Very less number of tools does that. Some features I like 1) Lead generation using Forms 2) Possible to Sell Tickets as per Tier 3) Conduct Quizzes ( You can send custom email based on condition, score, etc) 4) Allows you to add hidden field to form, 5) You can even use this as Mini cart tool to sell your stuff by building a landing page 6) Viral Giveaways 7) Webhooks - Allows to integrate with multiple platforms Cons I am not used to the UI yet. Pros The main functionality that most people will be using on Woorise, is the killer viral contests it creates for distribution on social media. There are others out there offering this, however I think most will find that the crazy amount of integrations and customization options here make this much stronger than the competitors in this space. You can also create custom quizzes, surveys, email signup forms, polls and even have users upload media to enter a contest. Need to connect a payment processor, email autoresponder or URL shortener, they have plenty of options. Not to mention, you can connect to Zappier to connect to almost any web app you can think of! Setup different "sites" to categorize your customers campaigns easily and a very simple and straightforward user interface. Cons There are a lot of options. For some this will be good, for others it may seem overwhelming at first. However, their support team is fast to reply with clear answers to guide you through it's usage in the case you get stuck.
