November 25, 2020 5.0 Pros Woorise is one of the best software to run giveaways and generate more leads! The UI is really clean, simple and powerful. In Woorise there are many templates like Basic Giveaway, Email Signup, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Products Hunt Contest. Also, if you're running a Facebook group community there is a Facebook Group Contest, to help you to grow your community and give awards. But that's not all...there is also App Download, Coupon Unlock, Wi-Fi Password Unlock, Secret Codes Contest, Download Unlock, Media Upload Contest and Gaming contests. You can make Surveys, Quizzes, Polls to get more leads and challenge your visitors with a simple quiz. Woorise platform is really simple to use, is completely mobile-friendly, has a drag & drop builder, 100% customizable and the contest can be fully translated in any language. The cool things that through Woorise, you can accept payment with Stripe, Paypal and 2Checkout, connect your autoresponder and display different confirmation messages and email notifications for winners and non-winners. Customer facing side is efficient, received over a hundred leads in a few hours from an event, and was able to integrate into my CRM with Zapier. I am not running competitions every day, so price was important for me. Woorise met all my requirements and was appropriate to my business. There are still features that I need to explore as there is a lot of customisation available. Also, I want to develop some opportunities to utilise the payment features which I think is a great bonue within Woorise. Pros After I got used to the UI and how the programming was constructed, it was quite easy to setup a competition. I did get support on my first one, but that really helped me to get going. I was able to customise colours, graphics and more to make it complement my branding. Also, you can make a video of the automatic selection of the winner , using a screen recorder, and posting that to your social media page help users understand that it was a fair process. I liked the pre-made templates as that made the setup quite fast. Also, there are functions available that would be standalone packages in their own right. For example, the quizzes, and of interest to me is the event registration for some Non Profit Work that I support. Cons It did take me a while to learn the basic functions, but that is more to do with my skill. Maybe some colours in the templates are generic, but you can customise then designs yourself. Reason for choosing Woorise First of all, I got great support to set up my first competition. I got many emails and detailed descriptions of what to do. I always had some knowledge in ITs and wanted to have my websites. Lack of time is my main problem. I thought. But when you have the websites, they are like babies. You have to take care of them and feed them. Giveaways are a common solution. But I wanted it cheap and pro. And kept googling during years. Till I got Woorise. I see it as the best way to get your solution to lead people to my email marketing list. Most of the alternatives I found were some kind of semiautomatic agencies with lots of expensive plan and fees for everything. Been afraid of success in a campaign due to the next level plan price is not for me. Right now I use it for giveaways and subscription form. It has a lot of integrations. And I still expect to get more of this tool. Pros Easy to use. Great customer care. Language support. Lots of use cases. You can go straight to the task. Cons You still have to work on it. When running an online contest, you have every of the options you might need. At the beginning the interface was a little bit confusing, but in a couple of days I got accustomed and now I find it easy and intuitive. Plus, support is fast and friendly. It’s become an integral part of our business. Highly recommended if you’re willing to spend some time learning how to use it. Pros We started out using Woorise to run competitions for our ecommerce store. It works really well for this purpose. It integrates with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook and many others. When we’ve needed support it’s been speedy and very helpful. Cons It’s a powerful tool, so the learning curve is rather steep at first. Some of the options are not so obvious. We’d like to see more help documentation and training videos so we can get the most value from it. It also has all of the needed integrations (Stripe, Instagram, Mailchimp, etc) that leaves nothing to be desired. The possibilities of creating different types of promotions to drive traffic and signups are endless. The team behind the product has been super helpful and responsive. On the couple occasions I've had questions, the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] himself, quickly worked with me to get me sorted. Pros Numerous different types of campaigns. Tons of integrations. Pros Woorise is a great solution for sending out promotions, contests and giveaways. Easy to set up, especially if you know how to use the Block editor in Wordpress. For us Europeans we have to comply with GDPR and Woorise has this taken care off. You can translate everything. You can share campaigns out of Woorise, embed it on your website and share it on social media. They have templates for everything! You also have a survey, poll and quiz option and everything you need to take your business promotions to the next level. Cons Woorise has many integrations, but I'm still waiting for the Moosend integration. You can use Zapier to set up an integration, but it's not (yet) a perfect solution. The templates look similar and even though I love a minimalist design, I was bothered by that at first. But then I thought, what do I need for a giveaway. An image or video and text. The focus is on the actions and the points you can award every entry. The lack of tutorial video's! I am an online nerd who loves to play around with new software, but a tutorial video would have been nice. They are working on the video's however, so it's just a matter of time. Super easy to use and with several features that give it an A +. The platform is based on Wordpress, a CRM that I know, that's why it was easy for me to use Woorise. Cons Something that is not to my liking is that as I mentioned, it is a platform based on Wordpress and I am aware that Wordpress sometimes has security problems. Pros Woorise works and it's fast. Both front and backend are very snappy and pages load quickly. Cons The documentation is lacking. When the method of doing something changes, it's not always documented right away. I've resorted to using chat support a few times and have always received quick and helpful responses from real people. They were friendly and if they didn't have my answer, they found it for me. I've been wanting to do something like this for a long time and am so glad to have finally started using giveaways. Pros I am brand new to using giveaways as a promotional tool. I've wanted to try it for some time now, but the service never felt quite right or it was confusing to me. I purchased Woorise and am really pleased with how customizable it is, my ability to white label it and embed it on my website, and to use the survey and quiz features to help me better understand how people are enjoying my materials. But what I really like is the attention I get through the chat. There is so much customization in Woorise and I am not a professional in terms of building websites, so I have needed help figuring out how to create giveaways that convert and connect to my mailing list. I have always received prompt and helpful information that resolved my questions. Cons I would really like a video tutorial library. As helpful as the staff is, I really would like a YouTube playlist of Loom videos that just walks newbies like me through each step and option.
