November 26, 2020 5.0 Excellent Pros To be honest, it wasn't easy. As a novice, I missed help videos a lot (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] promised, they will come soon). It took me a couple of retries to get the desired result and functionality. Summary: After understanding how Woorise works, and always clearing my cookies and cache, I got it where I wanted it to be. The campaign looks very nice, and the viral share works like a charm. But the most important aspect of Woorise, and the reason I highly recommend the platform, is the excellent support (they have a Facebook group too). I'm not sure if \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] does sleep at all, as it never took more than a couple of hours, mostly minutes for him to reply to my silly questions. This is not a given in these days. Pros I tried other apps for giveaways, including Raflecopter, kingsumo and viral-loops. I choose Woorise because it was the only platform that offer a lot more options than just sweepstakes, and at the same time you can keep it simple. You can configure almost everything inside a campaign. You can add surveys or make a code reveal contest. The limit is in your creativity. The most amazing feature in Woo rise is the ability to receive payments, via PayPal or 2checkout integrations, This is for me one of the best pieces of software for giveaways. Cons It could be great if we can have more control on the layouts of the campaigns. In this area I prefer the look of viral loops. You can't change font in the presentation of the campaign. I'd recommend WooRise to anyone wanting to run a bespoke competition directly on their website. Pros Unbeatable support - I've had to contact the support team on several occasions for both account-related and technical queries. Each time the response has been perfect. My issues were resolved within a matter of minutes! Service quality - works flawlessly and adds real value to my website, enables me to capture the required information and also drive traffic to our social media. Exactly what i wanted. Cons Unfortunately for my use case the features I required were only available on the top tier membership - i'd preferably like to see the CSS customization made available on some of the smaller plans. CEO Online Media Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A perfect one-stop giveaway solution" April 9, 2021 5.0 In working with Woorise, we've been able to quite easily and effectively create a variety of giveaways that increased interaction and reach of the various brands which we've used it for. Pros Giveaways are one of the easiest ways to increase a brand's reach and this has a LOT more social integrations than many of the competitors which are at a similar price point. Cons It did take a couple of tries to really nail down the feel and interface of the giveaway platform though it was extremely intuitive even while figuring this out.
