Pros

Cons

It has almost no negatives. I think the price is somewhat exaggerated.

Pros

Such an easy to use product but has such a major impact on event management and planning. Exceptional platform that I can't stop recommending to my friends.

Cons

I would love to see an expansion on the Cross Reporting but I still love the current features. Other than that, I don't think there is anything else I dislike.

My experience with them has been truly exceptional and I have switched several other services that we used to use into this one so that I can have as good of an experience with all of our different event technology and not just attendee registration anymore.

Pros

Best event software I have ever used! It is the first one that finally gives me the freedom to do everything I need to do quickly and well and total open source to connect to other things I need as well. Using this system has made our events look much better online, saved tons of staff time and single-handedly got me through the pandemic with our switch to virtual tools as well.

Cons

There’s very little that I don’t like but sometimes Google auto fill Kent interfere with it a little bit

As for your suggestion on removing google auto fill, I was able to talk with our support team and they informed me that this can easily be disabled on reg forms. Here's how: 1. Click the edit button on the home and/or work address field. 2. Uncheck the box "Enable google auto complete for this address". That's it! Disabling the "Enable Google Auto-complete for this address" disables the autofilling that Google will try to do for addresses on the reg form. Hope this helps! I use for everything! It has become the most essential tool for our business and a huge added benefit for our clients.

Pros

The system is so customizable to our needs. We use it for a number of different types of events and forms and it covers all our needs. Another perk is that it allows for unlimited registrations, which helps me keep everyone tracked and counted in the system without worrying about being charged per person.

Cons

I'd love a quick way to duplicate a webpage across events.

Your suggestion on being able to duplicate a webpage across events is fantastic. I sent this request directly to Chris the VP of Product. But here's what you can do in the meantime: 1. You can build an event that serves as a template, then clone that event as many times as you need for different iterations. 2. Love working with ! I feel like they take the time to truly understand what their customers want and need and adjust their strategies accordingly. I also appreciate when customer support is responsive and helpful - that almost always is the case - and people do go above and beyond to make sure you are heard and seen, which is always a comfort when event managers are juggling a million other tasks.

Pros

\-ease of functionality -customization of websites, reg forms, and reports -pricing -customer support -integrations with other products without it being a hassle -overall easy, DIY offering that can be expanded to a much more custom service, depending on the need

Cons

\-mobile app --- still a bit archaic in functionality -new features take a bit of time to get out

Overall, I have had a very welcoming and supportive experience with . Even though they are an event software, I feel apart of a community. Our company's events continue to elevate as I learn more, talk more, and implement more Swoogo features.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy multiple things about . To start, you can make absolutely anything within Swoogo. Have different registration types for your event? Done. Want registrants to only see their relevant information? Done. Need an attractive event site to draw in registrations? Done. As the saying goes, if you build it, they will come. Not only that, the customer support team has always been timely and extremely helpful. Even when I've had to ask a question I couldn't find the answer to, and it was an easy fix, they were there to help. The support team can access your event to give you direct fixes and help on any problem you are facing.

Cons

I would not say this is a con, but something to be aware of before purchasing: has a little bit of a learning curve. There are so many opportunities to tailor your event registration to whatever you need, it can honestly be overwhelming at first. However, Swoogo has multiple educational outlets to learn and understand the platform: the knowledge academy, live trainings, monthly webinars, and the support team. When my company first assigned me to manage and create our events, I was nervous about understanding all the features and how to use them properly. After completing the live training and chatting directly with Swoogo experts, I feel like there is now nothing I can't tackle.

The ease of use for building websites is one of the best parts of this platform. I build dozens for every event and this makes it easy.

Cons

I want more templating capabilities, like being able to take a webpage from one event, saving it as a template, and using that template in another event. There's some very idiosyncratic quirks that my company has that makes some registration issues, but that's largely just user-choice.

Great technology & service at an excellent price. I also like that you can have an unlimited number of events and registrants at one price, which is really nice for a smaller organization.

Pros

The most outstanding thing about is their amazing customer service team, even though it is actually rare to need them to fix something. Since the program is so reliable, most of my customer service inquiries are about how to do something. The platform is easy to use and easy to learn and their customer service team responds extremely quickly and are so friendly and helpful.

Cons

You have to buy an upgrade for better speaker management. Right now, we have to manually attach speakers to sessions and it is kind of a pain.

We are able to host events virtually that don't look like every other zoom training on the market currently. We are able to customize our events.

Pros

It is really quite simple to use. As with any software, there is a learning curve. What I've been most impressed with is the proactive customer support we've received from our account rep team. They have gone above and beyond and are very, very knowledgable. We have a very small team and don't have the luxury of in house IT support. allowed us to host an online Summit with over 1,000 attendees and we didn't skip a beat. Swoogo allows you to use premade templates or completely customize your event which makes it a very versatile product. Our support team has always gone the extra mile to support any request we've had or to find answers to questions that might be a little outside of the box.

Cons

Integrating with the webinar.net software was a bit challenging. We'd like to see improvements in that area. We'd also like to be able to customize emails a bit more than the software currently provides functionality for.

Pros

The platform in general is incredibly good - any type of event, with registration capturing any details you fancy. In person and virtual even in the same event with different ticket types for each. A whole load of reporting, e-mail engagement and tracking with integrations built in to automate process after a customer buys a ticket. This really is the complete package for serious event organisation.

Cons

The price. Oh my goodness, the price. It is good, there's no doubting it. We trialled it in partnership with a client and although an amazing platform, the annual cost to run their events would have been over £20k! Your events need to making some serious profit to invest twenty grand a year in the booking platform.
