I know that if my computer breaks down today, I can log in to any other machine and find my entire work environment intact within seconds. **Pros:** As a daily user of the Office suite, OneDrive is, for me, the natural and indispensable extension of my hard drive. What I appreciate most is its discretion and seamless integration with Windows. My files are automatically backed up in the background without me having to lift a finger. The "Files On-Demand" feature is a true blessing: it allows me to see all my cloud documents directly in my file explorer without them taking up physical space on my computer. Sharing heavy documents via a simple secure link also simplifies my professional exchanges immensely. **Cons:** In my opinion, the web version interface is much less pleasant and intuitive than that of its direct competitors. I sometimes find it austere and confusing when it comes to managing access permissions for external users. Additionally, the desktop application sync occasionally tends to freeze for no apparent reason, displaying frustrating file conflicts that force me to rename and merge my documents manually to avoid losing my edits. Because of file links i dont get twenty confusing email chains with different document titles from my co-workers. I am just relieved that all of my stuff is recoverable in the cloud storage if my laptop crashes. **Pros:** I'm just relieved that one drive keeps all of my files stored in cloud storage and has not randomly deleted any of my business documents yet. When I click on my files, they are always there. **Cons:** There is absolutely no reason for free tier since it will automatically fill up immediately and then they demand you pay for extremely expensive tier. I hate it when I try to upload hospital text log files and one drive randomly just says something like "some uploaded failed" and leave me to guess if my critical backups actually saved or not. Annoying AI pop-up messages are constantly showing up in this application.
