### "Great tool for automatic saving of files in all of your devices"

August 10, 2018

4.0

Pros

Other than the fact that it uploads automatically everything and anything, I really love that if you're a student you get a free account which includes all of the other Microsoft Office tools. That's really cool and useful. It also organises everything by date, you can also edit, create your own albums, make public and share what you choose and keep private as well. All of this being very easy to use.

Cons

The only downside is its limited amount of free space. It really becomes full rather quick and then you basically have to upgrade. Just when your beginning to really get used to it!

### "Filesharing could not be easier"

April 4, 2020

4.0

Microsoft OneDrive serves an important role sharing files in our organization and it turned out very satisfactory.

Pros

We commonly use Microsoft OneDrive for Business at work and it is a phenomenal tool for sharing files among the team members. It also serves well as well as a backup for crucial data. It is great that we can share all the reports, projects and other documentation with such ease and it is accessible for our colleagues in offices around the globe

Cons

Sometimes when the files are siginificantly large, it tends to upload them slowly and it could be challenging when you need to upload something urgently.

### "Cloud storage service with collaborative properties"

May 18, 2020

5.0

OneDrive is very robust and secure, but unfortunately it does not offer official compatibility with Linux-based operating systems, so the synchronization tool is not available in Linux.

Pros

OneDrive has features that facilitate the organization, management and availability of collaborative work, providing not only a place for cloud storage but also features to share, assign privileges and monitor the progress of work teams based on assigned tasks.

Cons

OneDrive is very robust and secure, but unfortunately it does not offer official compatibility with Linux-based operating systems, so the synchronization tool is not available in Linux.

### "OneDrive has saved the day on more than one occasion."

March 29, 2019

5.0

Pros

We have moved a lot of files through OneDrive over the years and it has never let us down. providing us a central file for access to workstations to laptops to mobile It's easy to forget that it's still an app and not a standard system file. I don't know how many times that I've been in a outside meeting and for some reason a file that I need is not where it is supposed to be. I go to OneDrive and yep, there it is! even on my iPhone!

Cons

There is not much to dislike about Microsoft OneDrive. File Upload and Download problems are typically due to internet provider or operator error.

Pros

It is automatically included with your Microsoft account so it is extremely easy to deploy for usage amongst my peers. Very intuitive to use and has saved me on numerous occasions with automatic saves for Microsoft word files that would have otherwise been lost!

Cons

It was a little tricky at first to find exactly where my Microsoft office files were backed up.

### "Helping stop users from storing their documents locally..."

December 20, 2019

5.0

This helps us stop our users from saving important working documents locally. Completely avoiding the possibility of disaster when the inevitable hardware failure occurs.

Pros

OneDrive is a great product to help stop users from storing important working documents on their local desktops. Giving users access to their working documents on any computer, without the need for VPNs or network drives, or roaming profiles makes an IT pro's job much easier.

Cons

The earlier versions of OneDrive were bug-ridden and were riddled with sync problems. Microsoft has since fixed this, and now the product is stable and consistently syncs smoothly.

### "One Drive"

February 15, 2021

5.0

We use one drive for all of our file sharing at work. It has proven to be quite efficient and actually cut our time spent on certain tasks in half. It is easy to navigate and learn and with the sharing options alone has revamped our office as far as how paperwork is done and such, a lot of our files are going electronic and with out one drive we wouldn't have been able to advance as far as we have in the time we have.

Pros

It is user friendly and fairly easy to follow. There is an excellent integration with Windows 10 and Office365. Outstanding file sharing and collaborative editing. I especially like having the ability to access information anywhere through data or Wi-Fi. There is a wide reach across all operating systems. You can create folders for better organization and has fast uploads as well.

Cons

The file size limitations could be bigger. I don't like the inability to convert pdf files and some characters cannot be used in file names which has caused some small problems.

### "Love this- great for collaboration"

September 8, 2020

5.0

I think my experience has been phenomenal overall. I truly feel like OneDrive is the premier software for file storage.

Pros

This software is absolutely phenomenal for collaborative projects. You can create many folders in order to help to keep things organized and it is east to search for files that you need.

Cons

Nothing really, it can be a little difficult to learn the ins and the outs of the program at first, but eventually you become an expert in no time at all.

### "One Drive "

August 6, 2022

4.0

Pros

One Drive is a great product. They have so many more features than when I started with them 2 years ago. They have a application that saves passwords, one for selling items online I use most of their products I really like it

Cons

It only gives you 2 gigs for free and that is a downside.

### "OneDrive offers elegant and organized data storage and sharing accessibilities. "

October 21, 2018

4.0

Pros

OneDrive comes up with lots of free storage options and it is also really convenient to store the data and record in a much organized way. It is also really easy to share all the record data among our employee network rather than sharing it individually. We can also share the files with clients with much ease and this service is also easy to use with our microsoft account.

Cons

It offers wide storage options but if that filled up we have to purchase additional storage which is highly costly to implement in a huge organization. Other than that , its a reliable option for cloud storage.

### "Access to ALL my files ALL THE TIME! "

November 24, 2020

5.0

Overall, it has been amazing, has saved us so much money and is so practical.

Pros

I love that this server is cloud/internet based. i love the fact that i can access all the files, contracts, photos and with the click of a button download to my computer

Cons

Just the amount of time it takes to load to the cloud and be "available" sometimes, it lags a bit, also would like to be able to share from the desktop itself.

### "Inevitable Dropbox Replacement"

October 13, 2020

4.0

Overall pretty good. Would recommend. It's simple enough to use that your average computer users would understand.

Pros

Usually set up by network admins, so the common person doesn't have to have to set it up. Built into windows install images so your average users should be good to go.

Cons

Sharing files and providing access can be a bit tedious. Users have to know how to click "open/share" edit before they shares. Using forms can be a bit tricky if hyperlinking.

### "OneDrive is Peace of Mind"

September 19, 2018

5.0

We love it. It's easy to use and does all the hard work for you (automatically backing up new files to OneDrive).

Pros

I love how easy to set up and get started backing up some of your most important digital files. We have been down the stressful road of a hard drive or computer going bad and losing extremely important and personal files. OneDrive removes that stress but allowing the files to live on servers that are backed up continuously. We also can download and keep common files on our computer and they will be in sync with our OneDrive

Cons

Can take a while to get all of your files uploaded to OneDrive at first.

### "Good product but a bit glitchy"

December 11, 2017

3.0

Main benefit is just the ease of simple daily collaboration and file storage/sharing. Has allowed our team to work together across multiple locations and time-zones.

Pros

Being able to view files on my phone if/when needed through the app. Ability to share and collaborate with colleagues easily and quickly.

Cons

Limited functionality in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint when editing documents in the browser. Also, I'm not sure if this is an internal issue from my company but, I've had multiple instances where files would disappear or move to other folders out of nowhere. I am no software guru but I do know for a fact I didn't delete or move the files in question. This has sometimes caused headache for me, especially when the files lost or moved are very important to my daily tasks.

### "A happy fan of OneDrive"

October 7, 2021

4.0

Happy to have it. My hard drive crashed a few months ago and all my files were saved.

Pros

Easy to save and update documents, share, backup, and organize.

Cons

I have had a few issues when I go offline in getting my laptop to reconnect to the OneDrive. Not sure if that is a setting or a bug.

### "Organize your files quickly on OneDirve "

September 30, 2019

5.0

It's been a good experience so far. We frequently avail of Microsoft Office so we get all the Office Applications as well as OneDrive.

Pros

With One Drive, you can: - Easily store your files online. One Drive appears as a virtual drive in your computer similar to a USB or Drive - Collaborate with colleagues through the use of One Drive. - Safely backup your files so that they don't get lost when your computer breaks

Cons

Similar to other online storages: - You can never be sure about the safety. What if there is an attack on the storage and your files leak? - If you have no internet then you can't save or access files.

### "Great Product if you are already utilizing 365"

November 1, 2018

4.0

Pros

We actually used Dropbox for a long time even though OneDrive was apart of our 365 subscriptions, however, within the past 2 years Microsoft has improved the tool tremendously. We originally had a ton of issues with the syncing client from machine to the cloud. However, those issues have for the most part been resolved. We moved away from Dropbox this past year and have not noticed a downtick in utilization.

Cons

Sharing files and folders can get a bit confusing compared to Dropbox/Box. However Microsoft has plenty of documentation on how to's and best practises surrounding this.

### "De ótima confiança"

September 30, 2022

5.0

É o software de maior confiança do mercado. Minha nuvem principal é com o OneDrive. Tanto pessoal, quanto profissional.

Pros

A sincronização é simples e rápida.

### "A user friendly option for file sharing across devices"

July 10, 2018

5.0

The primary benefit I got was from the modularity, I was able to very easily transfer files, from the same computer, to my school computer and my desktop.

Pros

The best thing about OnedDrive is just how easy it is to use. You sign in on two devices, and bam, just like that you can auto sync folders or manually add files that you want to access on both. The other major pro for this is the modularity it provides. Have files you want transported between work computers? Sign up with your work email, and only those files will be shown. Have personal files you definitely don't want showing up on your work computer? No problem, sign up with your work email and it'll keep them entirely separate.

Cons

The initial setup is very, very slightly more tedious then something like Google Drive. With Google Drive you sign in to a central, online location and have access to everything. With OneDrive you need to access the other device and login to it before you can share files. This is pretty much a nonissue though.

### "OneDrive Review"

March 9, 2021

5.0

Overall, it has been great since working with it everyday. The abilities and ease of use has helped my everyday life.

Pros

OneDrive works very well to upload and save work instantly with the options to collaborate and save documents to groups for collaborative projects.

Cons

At times I have noticed it created multiple copies of certain documents and then failed to sync the original.

### "Access your files anywhere"

November 13, 2020

5.0

OneDrive has helped the company to seamlessly manage work from anywhere and thus make decision making faster for the business.

Pros

OneDrive has really helped the business in easy accessibility of all files. The entire organization has moved to a cloud based storage system so that work can be accessed from all devices wherever you are.

Cons

Integration with non-microsoft products can be enhanced. For e.g. integration with Salesforce can help report sharing more easy.
