### "Onedrive is an easy and efficient system"

January 14, 2026

4.0

Overall, I have had a good experience with Onedrive. It is fairly simple to navigate and learn. I like that it connects with other microsoft products.

Pros

It is easy to use and interact with members of my team. I like that I can organize my apps and documents efficiently.

Cons

I dislike that sometimes my different devices are not able to get the most recent save of an item on my onedrive so I cant view something I saved on my computer on another device immediately.

It is what more of my company uses and it has more efficient features available.

### "Good resource for saving data "

March 10, 2026

4.0

Overall my experience is good with one drive. It is a great tool to save important files and data for work and personal items.

Pros

Saves all your data and gives reminders of the data. . For example I have a one drive from a former company I still get emails on.

Cons

I least like about it is I can’t figure out how to locate how to log into old drives . While I get emails on it I can’t find my user ID and password and how to log into old accounts or reset to log in.

### "Products and services from above "

December 7, 2025

My overall experience with OneDrive has been a phenomenal life changing growing experience that I would like to share with my fellow travelers and peers.

Pros

What I like most about one drive is the capability to be complete organized and the thoroughness of its output.

Cons

What I least like about OneDrive is the amount of free space provided and available to users until they’ve gone beyond the margin.

### "OneDrive for all"

September 23, 2025

5.0

Pros

OneDrive is included with our M365 licensing so cost for onedrive specifically is $0, it is very straight forward for our staff, especially our multi-user device users as it copies their desktops across to any computer they login to and it adds that extra needed storage for our staff. it is also really good for sharing large files and managing all our individual and shared documents

Cons

Honestly not really anything to complain about here, if i was to pick at straws so of our staff need help with how to share but once shown they are usually good.

### "Makes collaboration easy. "

February 17, 2026

5.0

Pros

The ability to share files and work on them with colleagues live without locking out access make collaborative work a breeze.

Cons

It takes a bit of getting used to have an online file storage as well as local storage but this was fine once you get used to using one drive as your main source.

### "One Drive - pluses and minuses"

March 16, 2026

4.0

Positive overall, but it still needs work. The access is almost universal, but it needs to be completely transportable from one employer to another.

Pros

Accessibility to projects, as well as compliance standards, anywhere and at any time. It is indispensable. Engineering consultants in my field use this almost exclusively.

Cons

It doesn't like users who transfer from one job to another. You can end up losing Tbs of data. There needs to be a personal key - not an employer based one.

OneDrive is very reliable and user-friendly cloud storage solution. It makes the saving, backing up, and sharing of our files easy across devices. The automatic syncing feature is smooth and helps ensure that important files are always up to date.

Cons

The free storage limit is relatively small. Also, performance can sometimes depend on internet speed.

### "OneDrive - The leading force for backing up your documents "

July 14, 2025

5.0

OneDrive is a genius product that is incomparable to competing products. It's compatible across both Mac IOS and Windows devices.

Pros

One drive is accessible from any and all Office products, and automatically syncs and backs up your files, documents, photos, and anything else saved to the folder.

Cons

One Drive sometimes seemingly disconnects for no apparent reason, will sign you out, and put you through the ringer when attempting to sign back in to view your file.

### "OneDrive User Review "

December 25, 2025

My overall experience with OneDrive is excellent. No more wires I can work effectively from anywhere even without a computer!

Pros

Simple, streamlined, easy way to get your upload files and share videos from your phone/tablet to your pc/laptop. Manage your documents from anywhere! I love this software and I use it every day at work!

Cons

There's not much I don't like about OneDrive. The small complaint I do have is that the basic account doesn't provide much storage but the solution is a simple and affordable subscription.

### "OneDrive is highly recommended"

February 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with OneDrive has been very positive. The platform provides a dependable and intuitive solution for storing, organising, and accessing files across multiple devices. Its synchronisation capabilities allow documents to remain up to date regardless of location, which has been particularly beneficial for flexible and remote working. In addition, the integration with other Microsoft 365 applications supports smooth collaboration, enabling teams to work on shared documents in real time and reducing the need for manual version control.

Pros

I liked how easy OneDrive made it to access and share files from anywhere. The ability to sync across devices and collaborate in real time was especially helpful. Backing up of files is really helpful too.

Cons

The aspect I liked least about OneDrive was the occasional synchronisation delays, which could disrupt workflow when files did not update immediately across devices.

### "Excellent tool that comes within a bundle of other excellent tools! (office 365)"

December 2, 2025

5.0

Overall I am happy with Onedrive. I have been using it for years for work and for personal use. Other than my work desktop being too old to run the app properly I have had no issues and will continue to use Onedrive going forward

Pros

I already pay for Office 365 which includes Onedrive. I like how I can easily access it from any device at any time when I need it. It also great for sharing larger files that would be too big to attach to an email

Cons

My computer at work runs on Windows 7 (boo!) and the onedrive desktop app no longer supports anything older than Windows 10 so I HAVE to access onedrive on my web browser instead... not Microsofts fault but still a nuisance

### "OneDrive for Anywhere No Fuss File Access"

June 7, 2025

4.0

I wish OneDrive were easier to manage what gets uploaded or 'Synced' and what gets left alone. I'm sure there are guides that I just have not found that may clear things up. Overall, OneDrive works for my needs and when I figure out how to use more of its features, OneDrive will be more useful to me.

Pros

I can take my work anywhere. OneDrive allows me to upload my files so I can get to them anywhere I have access to the internet.

Cons

OneDrive can be difficult to manage what gets uploaded and what gets left alone on your PC. Even many of the YouTube guides were not making much sense.

### "MSP Middle Managements 6 Year Experience "

January 12, 2026

5.0

I have used Onedrive for about 6 years now in management and having the ability to have access to my documents wherever I am is wonderful.

Pros

As a person in middle management who works hybrid I work on multiple computers and having access to documents from whichever machine I work on is super helpful.

Cons

The website is not great, navigation could be better and just getting to it without having to navigate other menus would be helpful.

### "Absolutely love OneDrive "

March 27, 2026

5.0

Pros

GREAT value for the money, awesome for uploading files, storing files and document management. Love the ability to create folders and specific subjects within those. Love having everything in one spot.

Cons

As of yet, I have no cons with using OneDrive. Maybe that sometimes it doesn’t load as quickly as I’d need it to but otherwise, it’s great to use.

### "Not Bad, Used Constantly"

December 30, 2025

4.0

Pros

I personally love the ease of getting my files online or on my desktop with autosave and easy file upload. I have a school, work, and personal account, and it is rather easy to manage all of my documents and search through everything.

Cons

The one thing that annoys me most is needing to sign in often to sync items; it doesn't always give me a notification that I've been signed out of a particular account. For personal use, I dislike the price barrier. I much prefer working on desktop applications, so having to pay for that is a pain (I don't for my personal account). As for business cost, I'm not sure exactly where it stands. There are much more expensive suites out there, I'm sure.

### "OneDrive rocks!"

May 23, 2025

4.0

i have been using OneDrive for a while now, mainly because it's integrated with my work email and MS office tools. I think it makes saving and accessing my docs across devices super convenient, especially for Word, excel and PP files. I don't think I have to think twice for back-ups as they already made when saved in the cloud.

Pros

What i could say i like the most is that OD connects perfectly with all my MS 365 account and tools. I can work on a file and have it automatically saved to the cloud, and that is a lifesaver for me. It keeps my documents secure and accessible even from my phone.

Cons

I could say that is mostly related to how OD handles PC storage. Sometimes i was surprised to see my hard drive getting full, only to figure out that OD was syncing my desktop and documents folders by default. It took me a while to see that i had to turn that off, i wish the settings for that were more clear.

### "Ups and Downs but overall not bad. "

August 12, 2025

4.0

OneDrive is a decent storage cloud. There is plenty of room on the free plan if you only store documents and not pictures, videos or books. It connects with my Windows computer which I find handy.

Pros

I like that it links folders to Windows and I can decide if I want to store documents on the drive or on my computer. I also like how easy it is to access when I open Microsoft Edge and Outlook. Actually all Microsoft products have that little square with the mini boxes to open and move in and out of their products easily.

Cons

I do not want to spend a lot on storage and when my storage gets full it is hard to delete files from OneDrive. Also, if you have more than one Microsoft account it is hard to get to the storage if you are logged into the wrong account in another Microsoft product.

### "OneDrive user for years"

March 14, 2026

4.0

It works well enough. There are some sync issues here and there, where forcing syncs to happen appears delayed.

Pros

Integration into my Windows based PC. Being able to instantly backup documents by saving them where I would normally save them. No extra steps.

Cons

The free account which only offers 5Gb is a nuisance on mobile devices where it's deployed by default and difficult to disable.

### "OneDrive - Minimum Requirement for Business Devices"

November 20, 2025

5.0

Overall it is a great product that offers users a good level of device backup and sharing capabilities while not charging extra for any 365 licensed users. Working for several MSP's, this is a key and invaluable software for many years to come.

Pros

OneDrive offers a good level of device backup capability for key folders, removing the requirements for dedicated endpoint backup solutions at a much better value (covered under 365 licensing) with a good base level of storage that most end users will not exceed. It is easy to use and allows for easy file uploading and sharing with external parties. Customer support if needed is acceptable but forum support is general better.

Cons

OneDrive does suffer some functionality issues, such as crashing, issues with syncing to/from shared locations and struggles when handling the sync of larger SharePoint sites.

I use OneDrive daily as part of my job. It is a useful tool to store important documents all in one place.

Pros

Ease of use and document management. I upload files to my OneDrive daily and I like that they are all in one place.

Cons

Searching is hard when you have large amounts of data. I upload a lot of files and sometimes it's hard to find the one you're looking for.
