### "I love OneDrive "

April 22, 2026

5.0

I love OneDrive. It is my most used app as it has basically everything I need to do my job and keep me organized.

Pros

I love that it is the one place that has everything. It has my meetings, my work schedule, my personal schedule, and all of my emails (obviously) all in one. It is truly my most use app/browser and I love that you can use the browser version or the app version.

Cons

There is nothing I truly like least about one drive. I wish that they could come up with a better way of unsending emails, and giving me notifications of whether or not it was unsent or not.

### "OneDrive for all"

September 23, 2025

5.0

Pros

OneDrive is included with our M365 licensing so cost for onedrive specifically is $0, it is very straight forward for our staff, especially our multi-user device users as it copies their desktops across to any computer they login to and it adds that extra needed storage for our staff. it is also really good for sharing large files and managing all our individual and shared documents

Cons

Honestly not really anything to complain about here, if i was to pick at straws so of our staff need help with how to share but once shown they are usually good.

### "Brilliant - love One Drive!"

March 3, 2026

5.0

I use this system every day and think it is absolutely brilliant - it allows me to access documents on both my laptop & phone with ease.

Pros

One Drive has great versatility, it is so easy to use and has brilliant storage facility, even for free users.

Cons

There really is not much at all that I dislike about One Drive, I use the system every day so I guess more free storage would be great.

### "Reliable Cloud Storage with Seamless Microsoft Integration"

March 28, 2026

4.0

Overall, a reliable and convenient cloud storage service with strong Microsoft integration, though occasional sync issues can affect usability.

Pros

I liked its seamless file syncing, easy sharing, and integration with Microsoft tools, making collaboration simple and efficient.

Cons

Occasional sync issues, confusing folder structure, and limited storage on the free plan made it less convenient at times.

### "Best standard file storage "

December 7, 2025

4.0

OneDrive makes teamwork really easy in our office. It’s fast, reliable, and works across all our devices. Everyone can open the same spreadsheets, make edits instantly, and save changes without any hassle. It keeps us all on the same page.

Pros

It’s completely free on Windows. All you need is an account to sign in—either your organization’s Office 365 login or, if you’re using it at home, simply a personal Microsoft account.

Cons

Sometimes on macOS, OneDrive randomly signs out or stops running in the background. When that happens, my users usually contact me wondering why their files aren’t updating. I end up having to log them back in to kickstart a fresh sync.

### "Good document management platform"

February 4, 2026

5.0

Overall great, despite having setbacks in file transfer speeds or issues in file access management, its overall a good platform to make file transfer and sharing seamless.

Pros

This is our main platform software and drive for sharing files across our workplace. Syncing data and real time updates across different folders makes productivity seamless.

Cons

Performance varies a lot as sometimes file transfer may take a very long time. There may be some issues I have encountered accessing file permissions.

### "OneDrive - Minimum Requirement for Business Devices"

November 20, 2025

5.0

Overall it is a great product that offers users a good level of device backup and sharing capabilities while not charging extra for any 365 licensed users. Working for several MSP's, this is a key and invaluable software for many years to come.

Pros

OneDrive offers a good level of device backup capability for key folders, removing the requirements for dedicated endpoint backup solutions at a much better value (covered under 365 licensing) with a good base level of storage that most end users will not exceed. It is easy to use and allows for easy file uploading and sharing with external parties. Customer support if needed is acceptable but forum support is general better.

Cons

OneDrive does suffer some functionality issues, such as crashing, issues with syncing to/from shared locations and struggles when handling the sync of larger SharePoint sites.

### "OneDrive is reliable in the background"

April 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, I my experience is that Onedrive is smooth and reliable. Most of the time, I don't have to worry if its working or not, I just know that it is.

Pros

I liked how it was so automatic. I don't have to consciously think if my files are getting to the right place. I just know that they are. If they get to my local onedrive folder on my computer, with time they will get synced to a secure storage in the cloud. Makes my concerns about syncing files between workstations disappear.

Cons

I had a particularly poor experience when I tried to move a git code repository into my OneDrive. I forget the fine details of what went wrong, but I remember that it really struggled to know which files to sync and basically gummed the whole upload system for days.

### "Un ottimo strumento per lavorare ovunque"

March 28, 2026

4.0

OneDrive is very easy to use and makes it simple to store and access files from anywhere. I like how it syncs across devices and integrates well with Microsoft Office, which makes working and sharing documents much more convenient.

Over the experience has been good and it's been vital to my business and my overall experience personally.

Pros

It's integrated with Windows and allows me to use the filesystem as if it were actually on my computer.

Cons

### "Onedrive da tenere in considerazione"

February 22, 2026

5.0

Cons

Piano gratis da 5 GB carente , Assistenza clienti lenta , Mancanza di privacy , Funzionalità ritenute base, come la gestione offline, possono richiedere abbonamenti premium.

### "Streamlined Sharing "

May 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

Onedrive streamlines shared files like word, excel, and adobe pdfs between colleagues - allowing us to remain aligned and update documents for all in real time.

Cons

Only thing I struggle with is the need to continually add access to new users on any given project. I want the link to be universal when I share it.

### "User-friendly software easy to use"

December 19, 2025

5.0

Average scores hover around 4.5/5 on review sites, driven by seamless Microsoft ecosystem compatibility and robust collaboration tools. Many professionals, including those in pharma and tech, highlight its value for real-time editing and cross-device access.

Pros

Users frequently praise OneDrive for effortless file access across devices, eliminating worries about hardware upgrades or data loss. Real-time collaboration on documents, with autosave and multi-user editing, enhances productivity significantly.

Cons

Complex permission settings often confuse users, leading to unintended access or overly restrictive shares. Lack of advanced search filters for large libraries further hampers efficiency.

### "Reliable and practical for cloud storage"

April 26, 2026

4.0

Practical use case: storing, syncing and sharing Excel files, memos and working documents in Microsoft 365, especially when several users need a shared and structured process.

Pros

Microsoft OneDrive works well when the objective is storing, syncing and sharing Excel files, memos and working documents in Microsoft 365. I particularly appreciated file sync, because it makes the process more structured and reduces the need to manage information manually through spreadsheets or emails.

Cons

What could be improved is that permissions can be confusing. The tool remains useful, but once workflows become specific, configuration choices and governance become important to avoid unnecessary complexity.

### "Can’t recommend enough "

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall it’s been a great experience and I highly recommend using OneDrive for all your file sharing needs.

Pros

I love the ease of linking our entire team files together, the ease of locating files quickly, how seamless it integrates with our software as a whole. It easy to upload and share within our team or even outside our offices to other offices.

Cons

It can glitch sometimes if we aren’t careful. We can lose files and it takes a while to retrieve them if the IT Dept is tech savvy.

### "Reliable cloud storage every student needs"

June 26, 2025

5.0

Overall, OneDrive has made managing my academic life much easier. I use it daily to store notes, submit assignments, and collaborate with classmates. The ability to access and edit files from any device gives me great flexibility. It’s an essential tool for any student who needs reliable and secure cloud storage.

Pros

OneDrive is incredibly helpful for students like me who need to access files across multiple devices. I love how it automatically backs up my documents so I never lose my assignments. It syncs seamlessly with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, making it easy to work on files directly from the cloud. I also appreciate the generous free storage that comes with my student account.

Cons

Sometimes the syncing process is a bit slow, especially when working with large files or during poor internet connection. Also, the storage limit can become an issue once I upload many presentations and PDFs unless I upgrade to a paid plan. The mobile app is good, but file organization could be slightly more intuitive.

### "One Drive is a Powerful Tool in Many Different Ways"

December 11, 2025

5.0

I highly recommend it due to it's ability for file access at all times and the transfer of large files which may not be transferable on a flash drive. The searching ability of OneDrive is also powerful allowing you to look for keywords in large amounts of files.

Pros

Easy to access and allows sharing with anyone I need to allow access. The system also allows me to access my own work remotely that I work on at the office from the field to home. Management and organization also is a great tool it offers.

Cons

You must pay attention when giving access to people outside the company because permissions will need to be changed before creating the link for persons not using our company email system.

Overall a very useful tool and great for document storage and images. I appreciate the accessibility

Pros

### "Good cloud storage option"

May 1, 2026

3.0

Overall is a great cloud storage, but I think it can do better with the OS integration, and the default settings.

Pros

It has great integration with Windows, but it might be a bit difficult to use for some people. The service offers about 15gb of free space, and has different pay options for more storage. The upload of files and documents is easy, and integrated in the OS. The files can easily transfer from the cloud to the computer, and very fast, but it does require you to actively do this. If you are without internet for whatever reason, you are going to be locked out of your files.

Cons

It is set to on by default, this can be a problem for some user, especially those not as tech savvy. Having to turn it off, or to set local storage as your default is a great downside.

### "OneDrive for Anywhere No Fuss File Access"

June 7, 2025

4.0

I wish OneDrive were easier to manage what gets uploaded or 'Synced' and what gets left alone. I'm sure there are guides that I just have not found that may clear things up. Overall, OneDrive works for my needs and when I figure out how to use more of its features, OneDrive will be more useful to me.

Pros

I can take my work anywhere. OneDrive allows me to upload my files so I can get to them anywhere I have access to the internet.

Cons

OneDrive can be difficult to manage what gets uploaded and what gets left alone on your PC. Even many of the YouTube guides were not making much sense.

### "Seamless Backbone of the Microsoft Ecosystem"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Very reliable, especially as someone who lives in Excel and Word. It feels less like a separate app and more like a core part of the operating system.

Pros

Files On-Demand feature is easily the best part. It allows me to see and access my entire cloud library directly from File Explorer without actually taking up any space on my local hard drive.

Cons

If two people edit a non-Office file simultaneously, the system often creates duplicate files with the computer name appended to the filename rather than offering a sophisticated merge tool.

### "Good Cloud Storage That Works Well with Microsoft"

January 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, OneDrive has been a solid and dependable tool for everyday file storage and sharing. It works well with Microsoft Office, and makes collaboration easy.

Pros

OneDrive works really well with Microsoft Office and makes it easy to store, access, and share files from anywhere. Syncing is dependable, collaboration is simple, and it’s convenient having everything built into the Microsoft ecosystem instead of juggling multiple platforms.

Cons

Syncing issues pop up occasionally, especially when working with large folders or lots of files, and it’s not always clear what’s causing them. Sharing permissions can also be confusing at times.
