We were able to track our production activities withspreadsheets thanks to Prodio, which has dramatically improved the professionalism of our procedures.It plays a crucial role in how we conduct business every day. Pros Numerous elements of Prodio have been beneficial in enhancing our production procedures. Havingthe flexibility to develop recipes for each product has been immensely helpful because each finishedproduct contains quite a few raw materials. In addition, we can now more accurately track productionand assembly time thanks to the Shop Floor IU. That has been quite beneficial in determining a precisecost per unit. Cons This app is addictive. I check what's happening in the company, even on my holidays, due to myability to connect from anywhere. Before using the system the organization of or production was a much more difficult. At this time we had only 4 CNC machines.The implementation was very easy, we were able to do it by ourselves without expensive specialists.Over the last 2 years we made a lot of fine tuning in our production. We have now a clear overview regarding production status, we can give to our customer accurate information regarding delivery times and very important, we have also the costs unter control. This is very helpful also for offer preparation to our customer.Honestly, I can't imagine how we would organize production now without Prodio.
