The integration with their backend was very straight-forward and we received fast and reliable support when needed, both during development and after deployment. Cons Sometimes we did not get fully detailed explanations to some of the problems we encountered. Also, sometimes updates to the API were being made and we were not informed. Guys analyzed thoroughly our compensation plan which we created by ourselves. They put everything in a technical requirements document, and they program everything exactly as we wanted to. Plus they helped us integrate our custom CRM with the platform, so all the sales data comes to the commission engine in real time! We also needed to use MLMSoft as a commission system for our internet marketing affiliates. Although these two groups of users are very different MLMSoft has managed to accommodate both user groups through one instance of the software. They have also been extremely flexible with integrating their software with a number of legacy systems. Overall a great experience from a company that has and continued to support us very well. Pros We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Cons To date, we have found nothing we do not like. Reasons for choosing MLM Soft We chose MLMSoft against 11 other companies but that procurement is commercial in confidence. The software works as it should. As with any new project we expected bugs, but the team were very fast at fixing them. It was a successful project and I look forward to working with them as we grow. Pros The software integrated with our system via API, a very easy process allowing a seamless flow of data. It allows our distributors to keep track of their business activities on a day to day basis. The software is easy to use, and I love the option to customize the online office. Our project was designed from scratch and the team at mlm soft did a great job at implementing it, they are very helpful and always on hand for advice. Cons The software is great, I would like to see an additional email function added into the API version. Apart from that I cannot fault the software, it works exactly as it should. We've built powerful marketplace basing on Drupal CMS with distributor's back office integrated inside, we have also tied our orders flow with Zoho Inventory to manage our stocks... And all the features we need were developed to us in reasonable terms.
