Pros: The POS features: creates clear and detailed and printable invoices for sales to each customer.

Cons: When a cashier employee used the software they often has difficulty understanding the cryptic error messages that were generated on the monitor screen. Error messages used terms even I could not decipher.

Overall: AAIN solved the problems of tracking sales for 22 dealers at my antique mall. It generated bi-monthly reports for each of those dealers that clearly described their sales, taxes and fees. It had the capability of deducting rent or commission fees and showing those on the report. Those reports were printed and passed on to each dealer twice a month. Dealers could also check sales activity anytime on their own by calling up their information on the computer.

Sales invoices past and present were easily accessed on the spot for review for both clerks, dealers, and customers.

Pros: This software was just amazing, especially the detailed invoices that I could print for my vendors. It also helped me keep track of my inventory. The sales records were very helpful as well and being able to program in commissions was great. It is a really well rounded program.

Cons: Nothing really, it was so easy to navigate.

Pros: easy to use, very user friendly, great customer service

Cons: can't think of anything, it was just what we needed.

I stumbled upon this program while researching software and was pleased with it's ease-of-use.

Pros: The user-friendly interface made it straightforward. As a newcomer to this software, I was grateful to be able to jump right in.

Cons: The support could be a little bit faster, I also with the mobile programming was more efficient. Just a little more development.
