Pros: We recently switched to Vertical Booking as a company and I found the product easy to navigate and to set up. The integration to our current PMS provider worked well and continues to provide our property the tools to manager our bookings and revenue.

Cons: Not as detailed as prior provider and required us to rethink how we structure our inventory and create our segments in the PMS. But this is a minor problem and one that Finance and Revenue management have over come.

Overall: we are able to load our inventory and integrate with OTA vendors easily.
