Whit more than 10 years of experience Vertical Booking it was some easy but I had different problems with some features that have a special set up, If I was receive a minimal introduction my learning would be a better experience and more productive.

Pros

Is very but no totally deductive, everybody can to use but need a lot of patience and curiosity.

Cons

Do not have a good(is not badly but solve problems very slow) customer service and really need to have more courses in spanish for learn the software and all reaches.

Reasons for choosing Vertical Booking

The time invest in learn the VB features is very important because we consider that we no get the maximum goal and we hope the develop in other features. If VB invest in show us how the tool works we will be stay better, the connectivity with wholesalers is a big example.

Recomiendo ampliamente la plataforma, es funcional y tiene un precio razonable.

Pros

Es muy fácil y sencillo de operar, tiene conexión con las principales agencias. Puedes crear promociones a la medida.

Cons

Aún no maneja tarifas en diferentes monedas.

Pros

As the tutorial says, you do not have to be an engineer to use it. Booking has never been this easy. You can compare so many prices.

Cons

Customer support was ok. It was.not bad, but it was not great either. Other than that I am pretty pleased.

we are able to load our inventory and integrate with OTA vendors easily.

Pros

We recently switched to Vertical Booking as a company and I found the product easy to navigate and to set up. The integration to our current PMS provider worked well and continues to provide our property the tools to manager our bookings and revenue.

Cons

Not as detailed as prior provider and required us to rethink how we structure our inventory and create our segments in the PMS. But this is a minor problem and one that Finance and Revenue management have over come.
