The price is competitive and can be afforded also in very little company or offices (SOHO) assuring security at low cost. The availability of the transporter module with most of NAS system (also SOHO) let the company work also with low cost devices. The option to have a flash VM boot reduces the RTO and the forever incremental backups (very fast) reduces the RPO. Cons No availability for Citrix XEN and a full screen interface (the calendar would be more readable). We installed it as NAS app (qnap) which permit us to consider it as a safe "black box" against the ransomware. The set up is very easy and the GUI is very clean. We also implemented Nakivo to backup some physical machines. It works very fast and it's reliable. Cons The log section is very poor. You don't have any "deep" logging on the dashboard. Support & sales team is great. Cons I don't have anything bad to say about Nakivo. It's a breeze to recover an Ec2 instance. Minor hiccup with my licensing but quickly sorted out. Pros It's easy to setup and costs about a 1/4 of the price for the product I was previously using. Cons The language around how the licensing is laid out is a bit confusing. Cons We had once an issue with a individual file recovery because a certain file system type was not supported which was added as a new feature afterwards.
