Pros I like that Fonteva Events is a scalable package that works within the Salesforce environment Cons The customer service has been challenging from my implementation forward, however, I did join as they were transitioning into another company. It helped us sell tickets and ticket packages. Pros Creates a ticketing page for events that ideally connects with other Salesforce apps and programs. Is easy to link to from a webpage. Cons Like most SalesForce things, Fonteva is ALMOST good, but still is difficult to use, not as sleek as it could be, and overall comes with a lot of frustrating moments. Recently we stopped using Fonteva and have switched to a new software that is much easier to use. Of course, when you start anything new it can be a bit overwhelming but that feeling subsides as we move along and become more accustomed to the features. Pros The software has greatly improved our customer experience and visual appearance of our platform. Cons There were issues that we could not foresee that we are facing. Those issues have required more steps in processing, but as we work through them, we are taking less steps and becoming more proficient.
