"Livespace for salespeople"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Livespace has been very positive. Having worked with various CRM systems over the years, I found Livespace to be intuitive, well-structured, and genuinely helpful in day-to-day sales activities. It's a practical tool that supports sales rather than complicates it. I’d gladly recommend it to any B2B sales team looking for a CRM that actually works for them.

**Pros:** Livespace is clearly built with sales teams in mind. It includes all the essential features needed to manage and drive B2B sales, without overloading users with unnecessary or overly complex elements. What I appreciated most is how the system simplifies daily work—it supports salespeople instead of overwhelming them, making CRM feel like a helpful assistant rather than a chore.

**Cons:** There’s little to complain about, but if I had to point out something, it would be that Livespace might not have as many advanced automation features or integrations as some enterprise-level CRMs. However, this is also what keeps it lightweight and focused—so it's more of a trade-off than a drawback.

"Awesome tool for sales!"

**Overall:** Very happy overall. Livespace has the exact right amount of features to make it work withouth being overwhelming and not being overly simplified at the same time.

**Pros:** \- love the interface, clean and simple; - the transition/import from our last CRM has been pretty much seamless; - the KPIs for each team member help with planning our work; - great call tracker and note system - the helpdesk team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

**Cons:** \- the native addons/integrations are pretty limited at the moment

**Switched From:** [inFlow Inventory](https://www.capterra.com/p/78431/inFlow-Inventory/) and [HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/)

**Reasons for Switching to Livespace:** First one was too simple and didn't help at all, second one was too complicated for a small sales team.
