Thanks to livespace (I am using it for years now) I do not have to remember. No more "did I forget about something?" or "what is the next step?" questions to myself. I know where I am in each project at any given time- just give me few sec. to long in!

Pros

Livespace is extremely intuitive and available options to adjust this program allow to use it not only as CRM but also as project management tool.

Cons

It is just a minor issue- there is not desktop version that allows to work outside the browser. Please note that it does not have any impact on performence it is just my "feelings".

What I like most is the configurability of the program and its intuitiveness, the ability to send emails.

Cons

unfortunately the program is quite slow and unresponsive. sometimes the work is quite tedious

I have 20 year+ experience in B2B sales - for me it is the best solution at all

Pros

The best thing is very simple planning customer contact and daily plan for my activity. During call/meeting with the customer I can easy fill up notes and plan next step/contact with client (setting type of contact phone/offer/email/ adding some comments). My work day I start with Livespace and on the very beggining I have detailed plan what to do and what was agreed with customer. My clients are impresed that "I remember"everything was agreed in past phone call/meeting

Cons

It is time-consuming to type in system new customer/new contact person. Better solution will be for examaple when I can scan visit card in Livespace mobile app and import to the system automaticly

The worst is the start, and then it is really nice while working, everything is legible, ease of use, after a short introduction to the program, a short learning, currently it performs entries very quickly, searching for companies is also not a problem and important comments from other users - the entire company database in one place. Currently, the program is very fast to use.

Simple operation, a lot of information that is saved, a full picture of cooperation with clients, cooperation with other office programs, ease of work planning.

I have been using Livespace for 13 months now and have been very happy with the tool. I especially appreciate its intuitiveness and ease of use, which has greatly sped up my daily tasks.

Pros

I use Livespace most often to manage my sales process and create sales funnels. I find the function to quickly note sales events, plan tasks and work with the calendar extremely useful. The mobile app with call tracker is another big plus - it keeps all important information always at my fingertips.

Cons

I miss sales rep tracking with GPS. It would be great to see if sales rep was present at the meeting in a given location

Very happy overall. Livespace has the exact right amount of features to make it work withouth being overwhelming and not being overly simplified at the same time.

Pros

\- love the interface, clean and simple; - the transition/import from our last CRM has been pretty much seamless; - the KPIs for each team member help with planning our work; - great call tracker and note system - the helpdesk team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Cons

\- the native addons/integrations are pretty limited at the moment

Pros

It's a very complex solution for my business with great and quick support, which is very important for me. Online, with monthly reasonable fee.

Cons

Automation like massive emails could be better. And I can not search single tasks.
