### "Indeed for Employers in Practice"

March 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, Indeed for Employers is a great platform to post roles and then organize the applicants. The massive reach can be beneficial as well as the flexible pricing. Using in conjunction with other advertising methods is the best way to begin the hiring process.

Pros

While our office is not often hiring, when we are Indeed for Employers is paramount to our process. Posting jobs is overall very quick and easy. The many prompts ensure that we are able to capture not only the role, but our atmosphere correctly. The massive reach helps to ensure that our ad is viewed by many people which is helpful for both entry level and very specific roles. Having applicants ordered by job posting and be able to filter results to ensure only the applicants who would be a good fit are available to view. The flexible pricing is also much appreciated.

Cons

Unfortunately the pricing is both a pro and a con. The flexibility in the pricing is appreciated however those costs do add up quickly. The same can be said for the massive reach; high number of applications generally do not equal suitable candidates.

### "Indeed is great, but very pricey!"

May 7, 2026

3.0

We like Indeed, just wish it was cheaper to use to find candidates. If you don't sponsor, you don't get good candidates, which is what they want.

Pros

It is very easy to use and it helps guides you and provides templates along the way to help. Very user friendly.

Cons

It is very very pricey and candidates that sometimes apply, seem not to READ the ad. The price sometimes isn't worth it.

### "Has potential "

May 8, 2026

3.0

It really is an okay system to use but there is lots of room for improvement. It would be useful to be able to download all Cvs

Pros

It's very simple to use and it does make it clear who has applied for which role. The auto contact is also great

Cons

How complicated it is to post a job and it be an unsponsored role. It absolutely makes no sense on why some things are free and others not

### "HR Assistant"

May 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Indeed for Employers has been positive. The platform is easy to use, efficient for recruitment, and provides strong exposure for job postings. The recruitment process becomes more streamlined through centralized applicant management and communication tools. The employee management and user access portal are straightforward and accessible, making collaboration easier for hiring teams. While there are some limitations regarding pricing and application quality control, the overall value for money is good considering the reach and convenience the platform provides.

Pros

What I liked most about Indeed for Employers was the ease of posting jobs and reaching a large pool of candidates quickly. The platform is user-friendly, making it simple to manage applications, communicate with candidates, and track recruitment progress in one place. The visibility of job postings helped attract diverse applicants, and the filtering tools made shortlisting more efficient. I also found the integration and accessibility features convenient for both recruiters and applicants.

Cons

One downside was that the cost of sponsored postings can become expensive, especially when hiring for multiple positions. At times, there were also a high number of unqualified applications, which increased screening time. Some advanced recruitment and analytics features felt limited unless additional paid options were used. Customer support responses could occasionally take longer than expected depending on the issue.

### "Everyone Needs It!"

May 7, 2026

4.0

Well-rounded and positive! I think the platform has been very helpful for us as an employer. Most of our candidates are pooled from this.

Pros

I think it offers great customer service, because there is a dedicated representative that I can reach out to whenever I need. In general, the portal is easy to use and has many tools / information on the dashboard.

Cons

I do think that it has some expensive elements. When recruiting, it is a necessary platform; however, if you want to stick out, you need to pay for advertisements.

### "Effective Hiring Platform with Strong Candidate Reach"

May 16, 2026

5.0

Overall, Indeed for Employers has been a reliable and effective hiring platform. It helps simplify recruitment and gives good visibility for job openings. The interface is user-friendly, and the hiring tools are useful for managing applications and tracking candidates, although better filtering for application quality would improve the experience further.

Pros

What I liked most about Indeed for Employers was the large candidate reach and the ease of posting jobs quickly. The platform makes it simple to manage applications, filter candidates, and communicate with applicants. It is especially useful for finding candidates across different experience levels and industries.

Cons

One downside is that the cost of sponsored job postings can become expensive, especially for competitive roles. There can also be a high number of irrelevant applications, which sometimes makes the screening process time-consuming.

### "My first time with Indeed"

I found it great, it is a convenient way to look for a job adv even remote ones. Easy and quick to use.

Pros

I tried Indeed a few times, to look for a job and it's very reliable and easy to use. You create the account, find the job you're looking for and send the CV. It has helped me to reach a few connections here in my town. I find the portal easy.

Cons

There aren't cons at all, the only one I would have are the times of the wait after the sending of the CV

### "Impressed with ease of use"

March 30, 2026

5.0

Satisfied with ease of use. Love the multiple options for contacting prospective interviews and keeping them organized. Indeed makes the resume collection, review, and interview scheduling and follow up process streamlined and easy to manage.

Pros

Tools that make it easy for me to post job details, automate responses and set up interview schedules. I find the program to be reasonably priced, and transparent with fees up front. The customer service team has always responded to any questions promptly.

Cons

The cost, but it's not bad compared to other hiring platforms, and there is a free option if you do not post a lot of job openings.

Pros

### "HR Director"

I enjoyed the experience. I do think that the person I used in a previous company was easier because I had a better support person.

Pros

Value for money is accurate, but I do feel that it could better for businesses. It isn't very easy to use at times. Also, the different pages can get nuts.

Cons

Not really anything. The key is to ask questions take the proper training to really get your best bang for your buck.

Pros

It is very easy to use, you add a job through step by step instructions and you can sift through applications with ease. We get lots of applications and many are of good quality and right for our business.

### "The Career Compass You Didn't Know You Needed"

January 30, 2026

5.0

It has led me to my current career, and I couldn't be happier that I followed through with indeed to help me find my job.

Pros

I think it is a platform that makes it extremely easy to find exactly what you're looking for when searching for possibly a new career.

Cons

I feel it still sends me jobs that I do not fully qualify for. For example, jobs that require a bachelors degree, or an RN license. I don't have either of those, yet jobs get recommended to me that require them.

### "Good for the novice recruiter, frustrating for a pro"

January 24, 2026

4.0

Overall I find that listing open positions is useless I fk t get the candidates I need. I have to pay a lot to be able to search the resume database which is frustrating.

Pros

I like the resume database. It’s really the only thing I find useful. I have to do deep recruiting and reach out to fill my open positions. The resume database lets my search for people anywhere with the experience I am looking for.

Cons

The price keeps going up! And it keeps getting more and more difficult to access what I want. And the resume search doesn’t offer the parameters I need. I’ve been using Indeed for recruiting for 10+ years and the improvements are not improving my experience. I’d prefer the old basic version.

### "Indeed for Employers is easy to use"

March 12, 2026

4.0

My overall experience is good. I get the most candidates from Indeed and it's an easy platform to use and navigate.

Pros

Indeed is a search engine so I get the most candidate traffic when posting the job directly on Indeed and having candidates apply directly on Indeed.

Cons

What I like least is the costs for sponsored posts and sourcing. Hopefully the costs can go down in the near future.

### "Overall Positive Hiring Experience"

January 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience using Indeed as an employer was positive. It made the hiring process more efficient and helped me connect with potential candidates quickly.

Pros

I’ve used Indeed to help find employees for my business, and overall it’s been a helpful platform. Posting jobs is straightforward, and I received a good number of applicants fairly quickly. It made the hiring process easier and saved time compared to other methods I’ve tried. Like any hiring platform, some applicants were a better fit than others, but Indeed gave me a solid pool to choose from. I’d recommend it to employers looking to streamline their hiring process.

Cons

Some applicants didn’t fully meet the job requirements, so it took extra time to sort through resumes.

### "Pretty simple for new employers "

February 22, 2026

4.0

Overall, it did what we needed. We were able to list a job and interview several applicants with the end result of finding a great fit

Pros

We have found one of our most valuable employees through Indeed. It’s pretty easy to use for people with no experience and easy to track applicants you like vs automatic no.

Cons

I wish there were better ways to prequalify or making it harder for applicants to apply. We got a lot of applicants who never responded, which is a waste of our time

### "Hiring Quicker and Better with Indeed"

January 29, 2026

I am definitely pleased with my first experience posting jobs on Indeed! It is seamless, effective, and fun.

Pros

Indeed provides a very easy to use platform for small business seeking to hire employees quickly. It takes minutes to launch a job posting, and I saw a lot of leads off of a free posting!

Cons

I don't always get email notifications that someone applied. I have to check the website manually to get to everyone who applied which can be a hassle sometimes.

It is very easy to use, anyone can come in from the team and pick up where the last team member left off. That is a game changer when trying to quickly and efficiently fill a position.

Pros

I love the features of being able to track the status of the applicant right from the home page, so anyone else logging in can pick up and see where we are in the process.

Cons

I wish that there was more screening options, other than the extra ones we have to purchase but that is the only issue.

### "The best recruitment tool there is!"

July 21, 2025

5.0

Extremely positive. We have a really strong partnership with a account manager at Indeed who keeps our journey positive. Smart sourcing is life changing and has saved us thousands of pounds of agency spend.

Pros

There are several features on indeed that i use. For job searching but also smart sourcing is fantastic for recruiting for candidates. Also the hiring insights can be great too. Indeed is a great tool and i wouldnt beable to work in recruitment without it.

Cons

Sometimes the hiring insights function isn't very relevant and doesnt go into too much detail. It is great for popular job titles but can provide limited info for other areas.

### "Good for hiring, Good for getting hired"

May 30, 2025

5.0

Positive, overall. Did what I hoped it would, had a nice boost feature that would take your posting to the top of the list to increase exposure to the marketplace. Simple, effective, some nice integrations that make the whole experience much better!

Pros

Easily customize your own profile, navigate hiring others through their profiles, link to linkedin, and other platforms. Very in depth, provides tools to help for hiring and profile optimization. Cost effective ways for job posting exposure.

Cons

Hiring can be tricky, as you often will get profiles that are so far and away from the match you are looking for. but that doesnt always mean the right hires are not out there, either.

### "Great recruiting tool"

December 11, 2025

4.0

My overall experience is good. I have used it for many many years and I have found jobs on it personally as well, but I have found many applicants for the jobs I’ve recruited for.

Pros

Easy to use a lot of people are familiar with indeed so they use it as a resource to find jobs so it makes it easy to get applicants

Cons

Honestly, I do not really have any cons. If I have to comment, I’d say that you have to sometimes refresh the ads to keep it active enough for people to see and sometimes they don’t close when you’re done with it.
