I am enjoying it and learning more and more every day. Pros I like that we as employers can see and view all the applicants and update job descriptions as needed. Cons There is not much I don’t like. As I had mentioned this is how I originally found my job and am still with them but in a different position. This is how many others that I have trained found the field we are in now. Pros What I like most about indeed is the ability to seek employment. It was through indeed that I had, originally, found my job with Penn Highlands back in December 2022. I enjoy how I was able to set what I was looking for - full time, shifts I prefer, etc ... Fast forward to current I am still with them but now in a different position. Cons What I least like about indeed is the scam post that, sometimes, find there way onto the site. It is very important to be cautious when using this software because some are legit and some are not. The only thing I dislike is how it's priced. Pros the pros of indeed for employers are that it is really easy to use and to hire people. I like the fact that I get the resume as well and I can contact them via chat on Indeed. Cons The cons I think the pricing is not that good and how they like jobs to be sponsored daily. March 27, 2025 5.0 This is the first company I worked for where we use indeed for hiring but it honestly really expedited the process for me. It was very easy to navigate and we hired 3 applicants within a week of our first posting! Keeping applicants resumes and all conversations in one place makes it easy to refer back to if needed and overall I enjoy using indeed for hiring! Pros I like being able to keep all applicants in one place. It helps keep track of candidates and when they applied. Being able to contact the candidates and schedule interviews and have all this stored in one place is very helpful! I also liked the archive listing feature so I don't always have to start from scratch when I'm posting a job listing. Being able to set job requirements also helped weed out a bunch of unqualified applicants and save a bunch of time! Cons the daily cost of having your listing up can add up pretty quickly. But on the other hand you can schedule your listing to only be up for a certain amount of time which helps if you forget to remove it yourself! Review Source TR Tomia R. Indeed has matched us with several great employees who still work for us to this day! Pros Using Indeed to grow our company has been super easy! It's very user friendly, and the free model makes it worth to post, and repost our ads as needed. Almost all of our employees that we have hired found our job listing on Indeed! Cons I did not like that the posts seem to expire and/or get buried over time if you're using the free model. But checking once a month to make sure the posting is still visible is a small price to pay for getting to use the service for free!
