We like to be able to filter through the ones we know would not work for us. Pros One thing that our company likes the most about Indeed for Employers, is you can find really quality individuals. Cons Something that we struggled a little bit with was the cost for the program. We only needed the program to find one or two new hires and it was a little expensive for our family owed business. Pros Indeed is the ultimate platform for recruiting and selecting candidates. If you are looking to recruit, no matter the position, you must post on Indeed. I would much rather login to the portal on each day I wish to review applicants. It made the interviewing and hiring process very simple. Pros How simple it is to organize applicants throughout the process: if they need to be reached out to, if they have been scheduled, if they have been declined. Excellent built in communication for multiple co-workers working together on the hiring process. Cons Multiple applications from the same person that had been declined before with the same resume. I never had to use customer support but I like that i go a notification for each new applicant. It was was to see who I’ve messaged and who has started an application. Cons While there is a large number of applicants, it for unqualified applicants to get through the prescreening. Also, the price point is on the Higher end for our small business. Cons The main concern is their recommendation algorithm which sometimes suggests irrelevant jobs and filter options, it does not work properly to filter the jobs or CSV according to your requirements.
