Pros

Todo, nosotros ya no podríamos trabajar sin su ayuda. Generamos una documentación muy correcta y lo tenemos todo controlado, desde las ordenes de trabajo hasta los trabajos de oficina.

No le veo pegas, es un programa en continua evolución.

Desde que utilizamos Igeo todo es mucho mas sencillo en muchos aspectos ya que tienes acceso a toda la información en una misma APP.

Pros

Tener todo en una misma aplicación, fácil uso e intuitivo.Todo queda muy bien registrado.

Cons

Cuando no hay cobertura movil a veces es un problema pero esto solo se da en muy contadas ocasiones.

Creo que Igeo ha aportado una solución muy cómoda y efectiva a un problema que había. Como todo, seguro que puede mejorar e irá mejorando poco a poco pequeñas cosas.

Pros

El modulo de programación soluciona bastante la gestión de técnicos, y el intercambio con los clientes de documentación también se resuelve.

Cons

Quizá la personalización es lo difícil. Homogeneizar tanto la gestión del servicio hace que todos funcionemos igual. Quizá haríamos los certificados diferentes pero estamos obligados a hacerlo de una determinada manera.

Fue un antes y un después, fue el paso a la digitalización de la empresa. Que alivio deshacernos de las montañas de papeles !!!

Pros

Lo que mas me ha gustado de Igeo es la sensación de tenerlo todo bajo control.

Cons

Como empresa que hacemos tratamientos de Legionella, también realizamos mantenimientos de equipos de tratamientos de agua (cloradores, descalcificadores, ósmosis, etc.). Hecho en falta la opción poder personalizar una toma de datos para poder organizar bien estas actuaciones.
