They are a great group of dedicated professionals who have bent over backwards to help global law enforcement with an Intelligence and Reporting system. There were opportunities where Hubstream could have just walked away due to the dysfunction of law enforcement at times. They stuck by because they are in it to help kids.

Pros

The main benefit of Hubstream is the consolidation of complex data types and the link analysis of that aggregated into visual graphs and links for easy assessment or triage.

Cons

Unfortunately, I was a customer who was forced to use a hybrid version of Hubstream. There are significant challenges when your data is split between on premises and in the cloud. I believe a fully operational secure cloud version is the better choice if that is an option.

Pros

I liked being able to customize just about everything about our Hubstream portals. We initially only wanted to use the software for its case management purposes but soon we were about able to use it for investigative purposes, business-wide data reporting and analytics, and document management for every part of our legal department.

Cons

Some features we had were a little clunky to navigate to (multiple clicks to get to a certain report, for example) and some of the non-legal department folks had a really hard time learning the software. However, to be fair, some of that could also be attributed to us for the way we chose to set up certain things.
