Pros This has been modified to encompass all of our requirements throughout Australia. We have over 30 U3As using this online product. There are a lot of system settings to give it the look and feel required. Our IT group deals directly with the supplier to test enhancements. I get to speak directly with the develpers who are very helpful. Would suit small to the very biggest of organisations. Pros I can not believe the number of features this product has. Every day I am unlocking features I did not know existed. A very powerfull product. I found it easy to use and initially used it in a very basis form. I keep a large number of clients and are just starting to look at having cllients update their own details over the Internet. Cons Did not know about a lot of the features within the product. Pros We have found this software to be exactly what we needed. Extremely versatile. When we changed our business model we were able to change MASS to suit. The support is extremely good - which we use when we have new staff or replacing computers.
