Pros: I really love that Google Drive is a free cloud storage service that lets me create, share, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, images, and other files . I use it as a back up and as a collaboration space. The integrations it has are also stellar.

Cons: There is not much to complain about other than the entropy that is inherent in this kind of software. The organization can get out of control if you do not have a system (either personally or in-house).

Comments: Overall, a great free option for small businesses.

Pros: I use My Drive daily. I work for a manufacturing company and Google drive is a great way to keep track of our Rep' s information. When edits are made, users with shared access can see the changes immediately. Multiple people can make changes on the same Sheet, at the same time too.

Cons: There are many features, normally available on excel, that are not on Google drive. I sometimes have to create something on Excel, then upload it to My Drive for easier creation.

Pros: There are many pros to this software. First, the ability to access documents on any computer, any time is fantastic. Second, the ability to not have to download any new software and check for compatability (with the addition of the Google Docs family of software). Third, the ability to share the documents with others and allow them to edit (or not) documents with ease.

Cons: There are very few cons with this software. About the only one is that sometimes it can fill the cache on my browser prematurely and have errors.

Overall: This software has replaced all of my prior storage drives for all of my personal or professional files.

Pros: Google Drive is a fantastic storage system for users that link their documents, images, videos, and presentations through Google's system. Throughout college, I saved the majority of my class projects on Google Drive because I knew they would always be there, regardless of what happened to my devices. Regardless of what system you are using for a computer, Google Drive quickly stores all your work in an easy-to-access home page where you can access your photos, documents, chats, presentations, spreadsheets, folders from your computer with a variety of file types, and movies with 15 GB of free memory.

I use a non-Windows laptop and have always found the uploading process to be just as quick and easy as using any other Windows computer.

Also, when using the app on your smartphone, you can also access and edit documents with ease. The plus is that if you only need to store one or two movies on the drive, you can access them anywhere on your phone.

Cons: My only complaint is that the data storage above 15GB costs high. But the cost of storing 1TB of data per year is approximately the cost of a portable USB storage device with the same memory.

Overall: I have been able to store countless files for free that would have perished with my last laptop. Google Drive provides peace of mind in knowing that my documents are safe and easy to access. Furthermore, the integration with other Google applications makes this software a fantastic option for collaborating on group/work projects.

Google Drive is great for accessing documents across devices but it is not intuitive.

Pros: Google Drive is great for accessing programs across devices. I have an iPad and iPhone and a MacBook. I am able to use my documents on each of these devices fairly easily.

Cons: I have a really difficult time finding the documents I save in Drive. It is not intuitive. Each time I go to my Drive I have to search for documents.

Overall: Google Drive is great for accessing documents across devices but it is not intuitive.

Comments: I use google drive form most of my storage for work and for personal. It's great for pictures and documents. I use it almost every day especially for work to share things with in the company.

Pros: It's so easy to share things with people. Everything is all in one place. You can have it on you computer or phone. Everything saves automatically. It is usually pretty easy to find things. Very trust worthy.

Cons: Sometimes it is harder to find things if you did not put them in a folder. When you have multiple Gmail accounts it can get confusing.

Pros: As a consumer I use Google Drive to keep any files I need handy no matter where I am. At work, we use Google Drive to keep files available to share across locations. It's easy to use, easy to save, and the MS Office files look and feel just like the offline versions. I especially like when sharing files, multiple people can be editing the same file at the same time without disruption or issue.

Cons: The majority functionality for MS Office applications is the same. There are a few nuances that are different like the undo function does not work as well. I assume that is because multiple people can work at once.

Pros: Google Drive is one place you can save all your documents, excel sheets, presentations etc. It is a safe place to store info because it is cloud base. I use this to back up documents and to also share with others.

Cons: I have had issues with saving in the past. That is why I always make sure to save in two places. Other than that, I haven't had any other issues.

I really loved using this for saving important documents for school and personal life.

Pros: I really loved how I could save it and access it from anywhere! I loved how I could share things with my fellow gmail colleagues. One of my students shares his papers with me so that I can instantly pull them up and look at them later.

Cons: Visually it can look a bit disorganized, so I would love some way to file it so that it looks nicer and is easier to categorize.

Overall: Being able to share my documents as well as access them from anywhere was a huge help!

Pros: Google drive is the cloud we use for all of our business needs. We love the ability to see changes in real time.

Cons: There are no cons. I believe Google drive operates as effectively as it possibly could. My only con would be the lack of ability to customize the dashboard like you can with your gmail account.

I think Google Drive is incredibly valuable and cannot believe it is free.

Comments: While Google Drive is a great product, you do need to be cautious about what kind of date you store there. It might not be wise to keep things like tax returns on a cloud storage site like this. It is, however a good place to keep your photos, music, and documents that don't involve privacy risks. Our not-for-profit uses it to share documents among our board members, and it serves us well.

Pros: They provide a lot of storage space - I have 115 available. This is plenty of room for photos, music, videos.

Cons: You are trusting you data to a huge company that makes use of your date to make money. What I like least is the nagging fear of security breaches on cloud storage.

Great if you can adapt your workflow to it.

Pros: Easy access to files, team drives make controlling file structures easy. It gives our G Suite users unlimited storage for files, and Backup & Sync makes computer backups easy.

Cons: Google Drive Stream has promise but it is an unfinished product.
It has no controls for bandwidth throttling, can't choose cache location, can't choose how much disk to use for cache, can't pause downloads while still accessing on-disk files, massive CPU use on OSX.

Overall: Unlimited online storage that can max out our 200Mb/s net connection.

Very easy to share and access.
Very good phone application as well as desktop application

Cons: There is a non trivial sharing between google pictures and google docs.
Since I am scanning documents as pictures I have a confusion.I would like to be able to add tag to a document according to the folder it is in so this way it will be presented better in the google pictures.

Pros: What I like the most about Google Drive is the storage space. Throughout the years there have been changes to what Google has offered in terms of Drive space. It has changed from separate from mail, to with, different sizes, the 15GB is still ample, especially when compared to other cloud storage that is available elsewhere for free. In terms of using Google Drive on its own, it is great for your storage and organization of Google Apps documents. You can search dynamically by file name or contents, and sort within your search results. The file structure is well organized with your folders on top for ease, and the sidebar makes it easy to organize unsorted files. For the more advanced users, the sync with the device is helpful to alleviate storage issues, especially in the Mac environment that I work in. The selective sync is especially valuable, although not as user-friendly for the more lay users.

Cons: One of the features I like the least about this piece of software is the syncing integration with your device. I work in the IT department, and we constantly are fielding issues with this due to "ease of use" issues. Oftentimes, the sync will sync all files, and there will be a lack of space. We have run into issues with two-way syncing and then the device itself is receiving double the file load from what is on the device and what is now being synced into Drive. Additionally, the constant name changes have caused a lot of issues, as well as hiding the selective sync. I think a wizard to help setup syncing would be helpful for the lay user. We can usually puzzle through issues, but oftentimes, especially for the double-up, we have to uninstall and then reinstall in order to fix the issue. We have also rin into a few times where the users thought that they were removing something from one area, and not the other (like remove from the device, keep on Drive), and end up trashing it in both places. Warning messages might be helpful for this.

Pros: Current changes. It is possible to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. and can edit them via the Internet
Availability at any time
Independence from the device used
Integration - Documents stored on Google Drive can be easily opened in any other Google application.
Simple search - Google Drive makes it easy to find documents placed in it.
Ability to exchange files with any size

Cons: You can not sync folders outside the Google Drive directory
No application for Linux
No application for Windows Phone
Sync for Android is made inconvenient

Overall: In the company on the disk, the entire corporate database is backed up. Once it is saved at the time of a hard drive failure.

A joint database is being maintained for customers using Google docs, which are stored on a Google Drive

Pros: Google Drive is really easy to use. You can store anything you need and share it with anyone necessary. It is also great because multiple users can be editing the same document at the same time without any revision history issues or any data being overwritten. It is great because each person can organize their documents in the way that makes sense to them.

Cons: I think the software needs a few more features in actual editing that Microsoft Office offers, such as in Docs, more of an image editing system than there is Only 15GB of free storage

Pros: I love the integration of everything I need for work: Google Drive for storage and sharing of information, G-mail for sending emails, and Google docs for creating documents and sharing them. Google drive also has really reasonable prices I feel when you go over your data limit, which is inevitably what will happen when you use it for cloud storage every day!

Cons: Sometimes it can be a little un-intuitive how file sharing works when you share files with a bunch of people and then move around files in your Google Drive.

Comments: Google Drive is a great online place to securely create, edit and store your documents. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides... Definitely gives Microsoft Office a run for their money! Great for work, school projects, anything really!

Pros: Auto updates your documents every few seconds Always know your privacy settings Invite / uninvite people to view / edit the document Assign tasks to people within the document Add comments or notes within the document Access your documents anywhere - all you need is wifi See change history

Cons: If you don't have wifi or internet, you can't access your documents. You can download Google Drive to access your docs, but need to download the individual Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc apps to edit the documents.

Comments: Overall great product (and for the price, which is absolutely nothing, it's hard to beat!), I use it each and every day and it has certainly improved my productivity and the collaboration between our various locations. Also provided by one of the best-known names in technology, which is hard to argue with!

Pros: The gem of this suite is the constantly-live-updating feature, which is consistently saving each change made and can operate with multiple editors working in a single document at one time. We use the Sheets (the Google version of Microsoft Excel) as a reporting tool within our company to exchange and update information in real time, and it has made our operations smoother, our reporting more transparent, and our inboxes cleaner with the reduced need to email information back and forth! I also very much enjoy, within Sheets, the Explore feature that helps analyze data and process it into charts and tables without having to think about it, fantastic, very intuitive and ups productivity by that much more. And the can-access-from-anywhere is, of course, the other gem, being able to pick up and put down documents at any time from any place is wonderful.

Cons: The reliance on an internet connection is the one major flaw; if you loose connectivity, your changes cannot be uploaded (they save offline, pending upload until you regain connectivity), and you can only access the documents offline if they have been downloaded and it may not be the most recent revision of the document. Other than that, the only detractor is that it can't do every single thing that Microsoft Office can (which I suppose is only a detractor if you are a seasoned veteran with the Office suite and rely on its various obscure functions), but it does run several formulas and has definitely improved functionality over time, I expect more additions and upgrades in the future.

Pros: What isn't there to like? It's an easy, intuitive, but powerful cloud management tool linked to my personal e-mail account and accessible through my iphone. I still find it hard to fathom that I have access to all of the docs, pictures, spreadsheets, and PDFs I will ever need at all times! It's free, it's easy to use, and it's mobile friendly. I consider this the best public utility Google has to offer, and that is saying something.

Overall: It fulfills all of my mobile data needs.

Pros: Google Drive has been the easiest to setup out of the box and did not give us any issues. I've found it extremely configurable and simple at the same time.

Pros: Google Drive's 1TB subscription plan provides excellent value, and the performance of the desktop app is excellent. If you have a Gmail account, you already have access to 15GB of storage with Google Drive. The best feature of Google Drive is the upload speed. With Google Drive, you can share files, sync files and integrate your account with third-party apps. It's really designed around the concept of it being a cloud drive that acts as the hub between your data and everything else you do on the internet, whether you're collaborating with friends or coworkers on a project or sharing photos with relatives. Google Drive has two-step verification, also known as two-factor verification. You enter your login and password, and the service sends you a text message, phone call, or email with a second PIN. This way, a hacker can't get into your account even if they have your password.

Cons: Google Drive has a few disadvantages and cons. Google does not offer a discount even if you pay for the full year up front. We evaluated the value of the 1TB subscription. You don't have the option to own the encryption key.

Pros: Google Drive syncs reliably and saves old versions so if you accidently change or delete a file, you can recover it.

Cons: I don't like that when I indicate that a network is a metered connection, the software still wants to sync. There should be a way to NOT sync (a setting), in order to save data that is easier than manually having to remember to stop it.

Overall: Storage with some security in that I can recover deleted files and/or older versions of documents as well as knowing that my files and pictures are safely stored/backed up.

Comments: I would highly recommend this software to anyone with any sort of storage need. Even the free version gives you several gigs of storage. I happen to love the very cheap 100 GB option!

Pros: For right around few cents you can get 100GB of storage. Easily transfer, move, and share files. Easy to use for collaboration and working on the same files. From the free version all the way up to business versions, I've used them all and love it. The best part of sharing collaborative documents is that it time stamps every change and edit.

Cons: Would be nice to have a little more customization but overall there are not too many negative things I could say. One thing I did notice using "Team Drive"... you have to be careful if a document such as excel or word had a specific formatting that you do not want to lose, you must upload it without google format in the settings. It's an easy process but a pain if you forget and upload several documents.

Pros: I can forget almost anything and not have to worry because it is in my google drive which i can have access to literally from anywhere.

Cons: I think the software could have an easier layout, I would like the icons to look like a button more and have the depth of a clicked button when clicked. I know it is weird but some things are oddly satisfying.

Overall: This software gave me the easiest and most organized way to store all files. Not only do I never have to worry about taking up too much space on my phone but my laptop too has more space also.

Pros: + Free of charge
+ support with all that is possible
+ It's really functional, it's Google
+ Extra100 gigabytes when buying ASUS devices
+ Access from any device
+ Photos and videos can be viewed and organized in both Google Photos and Google Drive. If you want, you can create a Google Photos folder under My Drive to group pictures and videos into subfolders. In this case, photos that are visible in both Google Photos and Drive will not occupy twice the amount of space available to you in your Google Account

Cons: - Does not allow playing * .3gpp files directly from the disk from the network
- Perhaps from the category of paranoia, but still on the account of Google servers and where the data is stored and who has access to them)
- Not so much free space as for example in the same mail.ru cloud
- Does not update files very fast
- It's not immediately clear what works

Overall: Synchronization of files between employees of the company. even the big
Remote access to all files
Teamwork on files
Very good integration with the whole ecosystem from Google

Pros: Our company is a G-Suite user with a couple of extra TBs of Google Drive Storage. We automate weekly backups of over 100 websites to G-Drive. Easily done (automated) once you go thru the process of setting up a free Gmail account for each site. Otherwise, the API nonsense you have to go through is ridiculous. Multiple support attempts never yielded a clear answer. Would like a hierarchical overview of G-Drive instead of/in addition to the 'search' functionality. Nevertheless, seamlessly integrates with G-Suite and with some 3rd Party apps.

Cons: Started with a free account as a gmail beta tester years ago. That got tanked when we required immediate support and the only way to get it was to sign up for a paid account (had all other features except support). Once we got the required support, we couldn't resume our free account without losing all the pro features earned earlier. Google continually updates support pages, but I still get caught in "circular references" on occasion. Getting "live" support can be a real trick. Lacks a good hierarchical structure.

Pros: It's free. I've been using this platform since before it was called Google Drive and never had any real issues with it. Did I mention it's free?

Cons: Sometimes 3rd party applications don't integrate smoothly with the software. It integrates nicely with PCs on desktop mode but when I want to open a folder as opposed to a file itself, there's no option for that (at least so far I know...) Probably Windows fault and not Google's :)

Overall: It's multi-user friendly, saves live edits & updates, saves automatically, it's FREE, doesn't take up much space (been using for 10 years and still have not come close to running out of the allotted amount).

Comments: Hats off to Google for creating such a dependable and useful product.

Pros: I have like Google Drive since its inception, and it has only improved. Not only does this cloud drive include the fundamentals that Google is great at implementing, such as ease of access, security, and reliability, it also includes many great features that make it easy to share information with others. It's integration with Android and application for IOS are a great way to back up data from mobile devices, and it's desktop application works beautifully on Windows. I highly recommend Google Drive to friends and family as a cloud storage solution.

Cons: The only thing I wish that would improve about Google Drive is the price for larger amounts of storage. Google could provide some less expensive storage options in the 5TB-10TB range, and allow users to backup a NAS device to Google Drive.

Pros: I like the rate packages levels available are the prices. The ease of use is phenomenal when set up right. I like the backup features and the dual device and web access feature. Sharing takes a bit of getting used to but is easy once you learn how. I share files and folders with even non-google users. We at InUPress use the Google drive for sharing files among our distant team members almost instantly. New people are easily added. Or individual files can be shared over sites with links.

Cons: The upload is a resource hog and slows down devices greatly while the backup is in operation. But it is brief as the backup tends to be rapid once the general setup is complete.

Cons: One con is that I only know how to use a fraction of the google drive. It would be good if they had a little tutorial that would lead me through new features as I try them.

Pros: I swear by Google Drive as the best cloud storage available. When combined with the other Google Application it provides what may be the most powerful and versatile web applications on the entire internet. It works well if you use Gmail, Calendar, G Suite and the other Google applications.

Cons: My only gripe about Google Drive is that if you download Google Drive to desktop, it replicates the files on your hard drive taking up the space. For me, one of the most important features of cloud service is freeing up space on my hard drive. Being able to drag and drop files is great but when it essentially makes duplicates of files, it doesnt serve its purpose so I ended up deleting it.

Pros: I really like Docs because of the way multiple people can edit the document at the same time. I like the ability to set some users to view only and let them make suggestions without having to actually edit the document. It is also helpful to have comments for their suggestions.

Cons: I am not happy that Google is scanning all the documents. I have to use an offline document program when I want to write personal stuff. I also think they can do a much better job with the edit history. Google is also terrible with their customer support. All they have is a user forum and it seems like nothing ever gets accomplished when you post to it.

Pros: I love the fact that people can collaborate on documents using this software. I also really like the fact that it has an option for anonymity in collaboration (if documents are shared as links). However, I think my favorite part of this software is that there is No chance of losing my data pretty much, and that I can access almost all of my essentials from any computer on the planet. And I also really like the downloadable backup and sync feature that allows for documents to be accessed offline. I also really like that different parts of it are connected (such as sheets and docs)

Cons: I think the software needs a few more features in actual editing that Microsoft Office offers, such as in Docs, more of an image editing system than there is. I think it doesn't have too many negative attributes, but I think that adding more features and functionality wouldn't be out of place. I think improving the templates feature and increasing its visibility and crowdsourcing, as well as upgrades as to the amount of data that one can store for free, might be a popular idea.

Overall: It helped me do better at my academics.

Pros: It is easy to use, I can access it from any of my devices and it syncs up, it allows me to share files with others, so they can also edit or read-only. I can make forms, spreadsheets, word documents, download as a pdf, create presentation slides and more. And I can create files, to keep my stuff easy to find and access, plus the search function helps me when I can't remember exactly what I called a file. There is a recent, view so you can easily see what you are working on that day or week. You can even work offline and synch later.

Cons: It might be my system, but sometimes it freezes up, and I have to reload the page to keep working, for example, I have a spreadsheet open, but have not been adding to it for a few minutes, when I go back it's "offline" However with the edit offline and sync abilities it's more of a quick lapse to reload and not a big problem.

Overall: Working remotely this option of my Google account has saved me many headaches, a lot of money and provided me easy options. It is my go to!

Comments: The best part is that we can use Google Drive at little to no cost to us. It's a sufficient replacement for the Microsoft Office suite that doesn't always run smoothly on our predominantly Mac computers.

Pros: We use Google drive, docs, sheets, etc for many collaborative company projects. It provides tracking, the ability to define and limit collaborators, and it easily stored in our searchable drives for future reference.

Cons: It can be tricky to transfer files when someone leaves the company, but it's do-able. We often keep inactive accounts open for a number of days to make sure files are properly moved and nothing gets lost.

Cons: Drive can make it difficult to share with people outside of your business or that don't have google.

Overall: Document creation, collaboration and sharing

Pros: Our entire office operates from Chromebox machines and we use Google Drive for all of our data storage and backup. We have a signed BAA with Google and even have HIPAA Compliance. We have found GDrive to work day in and day out without any issue. Incredible software and an incredible price!

Cons: It would be nice to have Microsoft Word and Excel editable within Google Drive without having to use OneDrive. The filed can be backed up but have to be converted to Google files to be used within Drive (online).

Pros: As a sales person, i'm traveling a lot. I have a team of account managers internally that help write proposals and presentations, etc. We use drive and Docs as a collaboration tool and are able to ensure that we always have the documents we need, on any device we're on, at all times. my favorite feature of drive is the ability to organize things in a simple file structure manner. With thousands of documents for hundreds of customers, the search feature is super useful and accurate too...exactly what you would expect from google.

Cons: The home screen on the mobile app is messy and poorly designed in my opinion. It shows me files that i "recently opened" but haven't opened in years. I'm not sure if this is a "me" problem or a software problem.

Overall: Collaboration

Pros: The ability to share/edit documents and files seamlessly is a wonderful ability. I've used Drive for ever aspect of my life. If you don't have a lot of security concerns with who you share your files with, this is the solution for you - especially if you use Android. Having access to files in the could from any device is great for technical documents, sales, or even team collaboration.

Cons: The only run-in I've had with Drive is the lack of deeper security policies. If I want to be able to share a file with a customer without giving them the ability to download it, I can't. Sure I can give them 'view only' access, however, that still leaves the ability for downloading the file.

Overall: Free cloud storage and effective apps that give me access to files wherever I happen to be.

Pros: I love pretty much everything about it - it's easy to use and access (via Gmail) and makes sharing content extremely easy - a must when you work for a fully remote company like I do.

Cons: I guess contacting Google support for anything is always relatively frustrating. Fortunately this is rarely necessary.

Overall: Need a free place to store content and files and share them easily? Google Drive is the best!

Pros: The integration with the Google software suite as well as third party apps make this the best online storage/office suite available.

Cons: Although it continues to get better and better, there are some features that are lacking as compared to other office softwares. This made up for by it's seamless integration with other Google software.

Pros: Allows the capability to share and download files from work and home computers. The quick sync allows users on the team to access the updated files fairly quickly.

Cons: If you login on a new machine, the sync could take a very long time due to the amount that needs to be synced. Wished you could throttle the speed so you can take your time with the update.

Pros: It's really easy to use. Sharing with individuals or groups couldn't be simpler. Honestly it's just really easy to use

Cons: I wish there were previous versions you could roll back to of documents like Dropbox. Explaining to someone the Google Drive application vs web is confusing to them sometimes. Google's Document format is also confusing to the average person.

Overall: Online cloud storage very cheap. For a nonprofit or school it's free, so you can't beat that.

Pros: Google Drive is the absolute best way to share and edit documents as a team. We use it daily to update lists, tables, and charts. We mostly use Google Doc and Sheets so that every partner is aware of the most update data in our day to day. Since one of our partners travels a bit, it's hard for her to get to a computer every day. So being able to open up any file on the phone is great. Being able to edit right on the phone is even better!

Cons: We tend to use Google Drive to store pretty simple files. Docs files are pretty standard, but Sheets isn't as robust as Excel. Therefore any numbers data we enter into Google Drive is mostly daily summary data that doesn't need a lot a processing power. Even though the Google programs are not as powerful as Office, the data that we need to share daily isn't too complicated and doesn't require any of the more obscure formulas.

Google Drive is a godsend for collaborative projects. I only use when collaborating though.

Pros: The ability to edit / read / track changes with multiple users at the same time. It has been great to prevent overlap in edits.

Cons: The design of the files and folders is clunky and not intuitive. This can definitely be improved, and I've tried editing the design in a number of ways, but all the options are clunky.

Pros: The fact that all of my documents are all together and right where I need them - on the cloud - means that I can work from anywhere and do just about anything!

Cons: Organizing folders can be a bit of a pain if you don't start out by doing it right away. When someone shares a new item with me, I pretty much immediately have to organize it or it can easily get lost. (Easy to find with the search if you know the title, but I usually don't!)

Overall: Easy to work from anywhere!

Pros: - Clean interface
- New Drive File Stream sync app is awesome
- Great pricing
- Alot of different ways end-users can access files

Cons: - Personally I don't find it very intuitive and is a mental shift for people who are new to cloud-storage
- Using advanced functionality is very technical, hard for non-IT users to understand what's going on (e.g. could easily make a file or entire file server accessible by the public)

Overall: Not much, it's the weakest part of G Suite

Pros: Google Drive makes it dead simple to store and share files online. Plus, Google Docs and Sheets gives you the ability to actually edit your files without dealing with local copies. It's a fantastic service. Even though I have a Dropbox Plus account, there are still plenty of times I choose to use Google Drive both for sharing and storing files.

Cons: Google provides some helpful documentation relating to Google Drive, and there's a large community of users which have generated other helpful resources, but don't expect to receive good personalized support from Google themselves.

Overall: Google Drive with it's accompanying file editing tools (i.e. Google Docs and Google Sheets) has almost entirely replaced my need for Microsoft Office. Google Drive is my folder in the cloud for all my spreadsheet needs.

Pros: I love that Google Drive is accessible anywhere, to anyone, at the same time! I love how people can be self sufficient in pulling up and editing documents, spreadsheets, etc.

Cons: The only thing I dislike is that you have to sign in as the default email to access specific information and can't select your drive from other accounts you're signed in to.

Pros: I really like that all team members can work on the document or spreadsheet at the same time. I also like that all changes are automatically saved.

Cons: I don't like that each time I go into a document it tells me to look at a history of the changes before it tells me "all changes have been saved." I need that visual reassurance to know my work will not disappear and I don't need a log of what has been done.
