Google Drive provides me with a cloud storage that makes it possible for me to always have access to my stored documents from anywhere and whenever i need to use them. With Google Drive, am able to sort my documents and store related documents like those of a particular lecture unit, in a single folder and this allows me to have an easy time and to quickly locate them whenever i require them. I have also had an easy experience with Google Drive when collaborating on documents with my colleagues, allowing us to have shared access on documents and work on them together especially when preparing lecturing materials. Pros Google Drive has been an incredible documents storage and management tool and I like the simplicity of the user interface and how well everything is organized as it allows me to effortlessly navigate it. It provides a very secure files storage space with advanced protection features which help ensure that all the files i have uploaded are scanned for any malware and also help prevent any unauthorized access to the files. Google Drive has an in-built files sharing feature which allows me to transfer and share files with my learners safely and directly from the storage without having to download them first. I like that i can categorize my files and store related ones under one folder and subfolder as it makes it really easy and convenient to access the files i require. Google Drive also offers search features which makes it quick to locate the file am looking for without having to go through every folder. Cons Genuinely, there has been nothing to dislike about Google Drive because all the features are easy to use and everything has always responded perfectly without any issues. It allows for quick and reliable sharing of files and documents and I also like that I can use it just as easily on my phone as I can on my laptop. With Google Drive, accessing and working with our design documents and files during design projects has become so easy and efficient for us which allows us to streamline our design operations. It also helps us to keep all design projects documentation well organized under one cloud storage folder which makes it easy to access them from anywhere and also recover them incase we loose them. Pros Google Drive has been a very user-friendly tool for managing and storing our design digital files and documents and i like how it allows us to keep all our documents organized in their specific folders for easier and quicker access. Beyond its downsides, like the time it takes to upload files, it's effective and a secure place to store important documents. I also use it to download personal files that I need to access on a virtual computer at work — this is especially useful since I don't have physical access to that computer. Pros The tool integrates with your Gmail account, like many others available. It's easy to access and use. Its main function is to host all types of files in the cloud. It allows you to share files with other users, or keep them private for personal use only. It offers 15 GB of free storage, which I have to say isn't bad at all, considering that other apps offering the same service provide much less space in their free plans Cons The AI Pro plan seems a bit expensive to me in terms of monthly cost. It sometimes takes quite a while to upload files to Google Drive. It has various features and integrations like app script, and collaboration features like sharing and access control. It makes document management easy. Cons There are some issues and bugs like being unable to remove folders or move large files because of owner or share access. It becomes a bit tricky to debug what the exact issue is and how to manage files correctly. Great customer support to pick up everyone’s share of work and pick up where we left off.
