It's simple to share files quickly with Google Drive. Again, Google Drive allows me to sync and backup files automatically. Finally, I can securely store my files easily with Google Drive. Pros I really love how you can create documents, spreadsheets, and slideshows from their built in office product suite. Additionally, I love how you upload your own files of any type such as images, videos, and text files. Finally, I love the options they provide for sharing files with others. You can share with specific people using their email addresses or turn on link sharing to share with anyone via a link. Cons I think Google Drive could improve their way of sharing documents and files with users that don't have a Google account or their organization does not use Google Workspace and uses Office 365 instead. If link sharing is not turned on, sometimes Google Drive thinks you have insufficient permissions if the email the owner entered isn't a Google account. Review Source Junaid H. It is built very robust and you can even collaborate your drive with other people. Pros Google drive is one of my favorite softwares of all time. It is super easy to use and convenient to store your data, wheather that is documents, videos, phots, or larger files. Cons The only knick it has is its limited storage of 15 GB. I have had a great time working with Google Drive and my experience has been magnificent. Pros I like the new AI function Gemini that brings intelligence making it much easier to work on files. Google Drive also supports files collaboration which i always find useful when i need to work with my partners on a single file. I have always been confident with Google Drive file protection features as they have proved to be reliable in keeping my files safe. It also offers an optical character recognition feature that makes it easy to extract texts from the saved images. Cons I have been able to solve my files storage needs effectively with Google Drive. Cons I would expect that Gemini is not Able to take advantage of internal storage to create AI finings. I also do not like how some docs are not easy to copy text from. I also don’t like how limited templates are with drive documents. I once had to use Customer support and got a data storage problem solved very quickly. Its search functionality is top notch, and as a free service the value for money is very high. My team and I are in constant collaboration using this tool, and for personal projects and home use its very useful aswell. Cons I think some programs should have their own storage within google drive. Cons The formatting in files sometimes change when switching between google docs and Microsoft Word or OpenDocument Text files, especially the fonts. It has a password-protected file sharing path which ensure files remain secure even when sharing them with others. Google Drive superior file search features help find the file am looking for quickly. It always keep files saved in my storage space secure by limiting its access to only me. Cons I have been using Google Drive comfortably without any issues. The user interface is clean and i have not found a challenges working with it.
