With its user friendly features, I can manage my files easily. The efficient coordination it provided, made it a top rated tool for enhanced productivity. I also appreciated that it could be integrated easily with other Google applications. Pros What I liked most about Google Drive is that it has several features which allowed for team coordination between me and my team members, enabling us work simultaneously in real time. This boosted our productivity level. Cons What I liked least about Google Drive is its free storage limit of 15GB, which is insufficient and quickly gets filled up. Cons Storage quotas need to be monitored with big video files, and permissions management across multiple drives and external partners gets convoluted without planning and regular naming conventions. Of course, search is a key strength. The various views (Home, Recent, Shared with Me etc.) are especially useful. Cons Sharing can occasionally be a little confusing - have had instances where people can't access the files they've been shared. Pros Google Drive has also stored all my files safe and sound. It uses very sophisticated files security features which help prevent any security attacks like malware or hacking. Google Drive makes it easy to organize files in folders which help find files quickly. For personal projects and creative outlets, Google Drive is so great for storing, sharing, and reviewing files. I love having access to my files wherever I go on both mobile and desktop. When I was a teacher, we used Google Drive as a submission place for student work. I could review, edit, and collaborate with students on a regular basis which was essential for our curriculum back then. Pros It's efficient, secure, easy to organize and use, it's free, integrations are fantastic, collaboration is seamless, sizeable storage before paywall, and can be a great storage option for shared professional files and for personal use. Also, fairly customizable. Cons My only complaint would be how incompatible Microsoft and Google files can be. While I love Drive, my employer is Microsoft based and switching between file types often changes fonts, spacing, transitions, etc. For that reason, I can't use Google Drive at work. I use it for my business and personal needs. Sharing files for the entire office is simple. Even sharing with people outside is relatively simple (as long as you have their Gmail). Security to keep people out of sensitive files is simple. Pros What I like most? I suppose it is the fact that it is available everywhere. I needed a document for my bank once and was able to pull it up on my phone, print to PDF, and email to the bank. That's pretty standard these days but still my favorite. Cons Least - I am not a big fan of the way Word and Excel documents are setup. I understand why they do not convert them but sometimes they are clunky in the ability to edit the files.
