### "I consider my Google drive my electronic home base."

March 26, 2025

5.0

I have used Google drive for the last seven years and have been able to stay confident that my files will be not only be there when I need them but they will be secured as well.

Pros

The best thing about Google Drive is linked to all my devices and allow me to share files with other google drive members.

Cons

I wish google drive had some more features to it that made it stand out more

Google Drive was widely well known and more people I knew used it making the file sharing option easy to use. Plus I have other google apps I use.

### "Go-To Product for Storing, Protecting, and Organizing All of the Things Worth Keeping"

March 27, 2025

5.0

It is my go-to platform for keeping all of my things in one place. So much so that I have been hesitant to use any Apple products because I don't want to have to learn to navigate the cloud.

Pros

It allows me to keep all of my documents, resources, pictures, and videos in one place and easily share with others when I desire. It is very user friendly and organizes things well.

Cons

I ran out of space and had to pay for additional storage, but that is to be expected.

This platform integrated with my gmail more easily and was the platform that was being used at work and wanted to integrate my worlds in one place.

### "the Future of Digital file management"

April 18, 2025

5.0

It's mostly a win. Super easy to use if you're already in the Google world, and working on stuff with other people at the same time is seriously smooth. Having my files everywhere is clutch. Sharing is a breeze, and I don't have to hit "save" every two seconds. Finding that one lost doc is way less stressful. Sure, the offline thing can be a bit clunky, and the free space vanishes faster than free pizza. But overall? It just gets the job done, and it does it pretty well.

Pros

Seriously love how it just works with everything else Google. Docs, Gmail, bam! All there. And being able to jump on a doc with someone at the same time? Total lifesaver. Plus, I can grab my stuff from my phone, my laptop, whatever. Sharing's easy, and I never freak out about losing stuff 'cause it saves automatically. Oh, and finding that one file I know I saved somewhere? Way easier than it should be. Solid.

Cons

Honestly, the offline thing can be a bit of a pain if you don't plan ahead. And sometimes, stuff takes a sec to sync between my phone and computer, which is annoying. Plus, that free storage fills up FAST if you're not careful. The desktop app can be a little wonky sometimes too. And yeah, you always have that little thought in the back of your head about where your stuff is, you know? It mostly works great, though.

### "Secure file storage and team collaboration."

September 12, 2025

5.0

Document control was better with one source of truth, change history made evident what changed and when, and teams received the correct files quickly on the floor or off-site, which reduced review loops and lower-cost miscommunication.

Pros

Shared drives, file-level access control, and version history keep specs, checklists, and drawings tidy, while searchability and previewing accelerate reviews, and doc and note editing minimize attachment churn between shifts and vendor handovers.

Cons

External sharing and link settings confuse the non-owners, sync clients sometimes get stuck on big folders, and storage governance has to be kept in check so archived assets do not inundate active production files or conceal the latest revision.

### "Simple, Dependable Storage That Plays Well With Everything"

May 30, 2025

4.0

It’s been one of the most reliable tools I’ve used. Whether I’m collaborating with a team or just storing personal backups, I know I can get to my files quickly and securely. It’s not flashy, but it does exactly what I need it to, consistently.

Pros

It’s easy to trust. I’ve used it for file storage, document sharing, team folders—you name it—and it’s always been accessible when I need it. I like how it integrates cleanly with Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and I don’t have to worry about syncing or version control. It works across devices without a second thought.

Cons

When files start piling up, staying organized takes real effort. If your naming structure isn’t solid from the start, things get buried fast. Also, managing permissions can get confusing, especially when you’re dealing with different access levels across shared folders.

### "The MVP of working"

January 16, 2026

5.0

Overall, it's something I use daily for personal and business. If I didn't have it then I would find it very difficult to manage my tasks with my team.

Pros

I love that I can use it on my HP and my phone and that others can easily edit, view and share without having to pull out the laptop.

Cons

I don't like that you have to download so many apps on your phone to see documents that are sent via email.

Cons

It can take forever to sift through some files. It is user error, but I would love AI suggestions of files that could be paired!

### "Google Drive is like an External Hard disk, but online and easier to access!"

March 14, 2025

4.0

I've had documents saved on my drive for almost 4 years and everytime I change devices, I go back to my drive to download back my important documents. I've never faced any issues and I'm very happy with Google Drive for keeping my documents secure and always being reliable.

Pros

Super reliable. It's like an online hard-drive that you can store your data in and have it there for years and access it whenever needed. It's also very useful for sharing files with people. There's a free feature that allows you to share files only with specific people which is REALLY useful.

Cons

The free version offers a tiny amount of space that it is almost useless unless you upgrade for more storage

### "Google Drive a Collaboration Dream"

December 8, 2025

5.0

I appreciate being able to share documents with others, whether it is just to read and review, or be able to collaborate on. I also love the ease of use for the many different types of projects I can save on Google Drive.

Pros

Google Drive is great for collaboration with teams, especially if you work remote or often do not have the same schedule as your team. It also has great data storage and document management.

Cons

I often forget what I have named my files, so it takes me a few minutes to find what I am looking for.

### "Amazing service!"

July 5, 2025

5.0

I´m a very satisfied client here! Recently, I was looking for something and came across some documents that I had stored 6 years ago! Isn´t that amazing? :-)

Pros

What I like most about Google Drive is the search option by category. If unsure of the document´s format, I can type the title directly into the search in the Drive area, and it´ll show some possibilities. I also like how I can label the folders by color. It keeps the documents neat and very organized.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the sync option, which was perhaps my fault. I wanted my phone´s files to automatically sync into my laptop´s Google Drive, but then, it consumed my drive´s storage space, so I had to delete a lot of files. I´m not sure if I was warned about it. Maybe there was, but I was just too busy at work. It´s a minor issue, though.

### "Google Drive - one of the most important element administrating business and personal documents"

August 5, 2025

4.0

I’d say it’s one of the most important pillars of my business administration. And the most fantastic thing is that it’s free up to 25Gt.

Pros

I have bern using Google Drive since 9 years now and actually 90% of my business and personal documents are being stored there. I find the free storage space (very big) the most crucial characteristic of Google Drive. Also the etsimessä to archive, elaborate documenti off line, and filter them by type are extremely useful.

Cons

So far I don’t have anything negative to say about Google Drive but I Sometimes get confused when it organizes the Docs in order they’re bern opened. But once they are named properly it doesn’t actually matter.

### "Great Organizing and Collaborating Software Central Data Storage"

November 25, 2025

Google drive is very handy. I use it for all of my important files for backup. The cost is reasonable for the service and product.

Pros

Google drive gives us an excellent centralized cloud-based system for file storage. It integrates very well with a host of other software as well. Sharing files is easy and searching is a breeze.

Cons

Occasionally it is glitchy and logs a user out. This has been a very minor issue so far. Normally everything operates as it should.

Cons

Sometimes the upload speed is slow, especially when the internet connection is weak. Also the free storage fills up quickly and I need to buy extra space to store more files.

It is incredible, I cant think of a better system to use to manage files, share with or without restrictions. an continue making changes from anywhere.

Pros

The ability to have projects you are working on, access from any device and continue working on and have others work on it with you live. This product is a must for any team working on any kind of project.

### "Simple Cloud Storage"

November 3, 2025

4.0

Overall, if you work in an environment, where data generates in a high velocity and in huge amount. You should prefer Google drive.

Pros

I find google drive is a much better option for storing more files or a cloud storage as Compared to other rivalery platforms. User friendly for first timers. Saves time by storing files online. It also have very strong capability of syncing and updating files stored on cloud as well.

Cons

Data and privacy is the main issue with cloud storage platforms. It's quite weak file sharing security Options. As it open to all members, those who are having access, it could cause data breach.

### "Google Drive is an Essential!"

March 5, 2025

5.0

Google drive has been a crucial part of my ability to function as a homeschooling mom and as entrepreneur. I have used it for transporting educational products and documents, software, and files that were needed in different spaces to continue projects. Overall, I absolutely love it, and can't see life without it.

Pros

I love the fact that Google Drive offers an expensive space to download and share documents that are too large to transport or hold on other places or to send through email.

Cons

I sometimes had issues with downloading because of space, but this is a problem that can be resolved fairly easily by clearing space or using a different Google account with more available space.

### "Great Tool For Free!"

July 10, 2025

5.0

Overall Google Drive is one of my most used tools next to my art program for the sheer depth with which I can organize and manage - it is almost the perfect suite.

Pros

I adore how organized it is and how much space there is for free! I use drive to organize everything I need in an office/writing setting - it is a great hub.

Cons

I do wish it had more space for free, and an ability to be a lot more custom with my labeling/tagging - I really like aesthetics above all else and Drive falls flat there.

### "Big Help in Collaboration and Accessibility"

July 14, 2025

5.0

The overall experience has been very positive, especially on the "collaboration and accessibility" side of the house. We have team members all over who need to quickly share or access files and Drive has been a solid solution for that.

Pros

What I like most about Google Drive is its seamless integration with the Google ecosystem. If you're already using tools like Gmail, it is a huge value add with how the suite works together.

Cons

The offline functionality is inconsistent and is probably my least favorite thing we run into with Drive. It can also get a little crazy when mass uploading files and we wish it was a better system to get many files where they need to be quickly.

### "Convenient, but"

September 5, 2025

Pros

It's part of the G-suite which makes it very convenient to use if one is using other G Suite products.

Cons

The UX could be better. It's not as smooth as one would expect from a multi-million dollar company. The navigation is not intuitive (enough), it's impossible to avoid duplicates, and other issues make the product seem like a startup that doesn't have the hunger anymore.
