July 10, 2025 5.0 Overall Google Drive is one of my most used tools next to my art program for the sheer depth with which I can organize and manage - it is almost the perfect suite. Pros I adore how organized it is and how much space there is for free! I use drive to organize everything I need in an office/writing setting - it is a great hub. Cons I do wish it had more space for free, and an ability to be a lot more custom with my labeling/tagging - I really like aesthetics above all else and Drive falls flat there. I like that i can store data and use it from anywhere. Google Drive has a simple interface and also it gives 15GB free storage for data storage. I can access it from anywhere and it allows me to do word processing and document management from anywhere, even without expensive programs. Pros I love the fact that I can create, edit , store, and alter documents on my laptop anywhere, without access to Microsoft or expensive platforms. The navigation is not intuitive (enough), it's impossible to avoid duplicates, and other issues make the product seem like a startup that doesn't have the hunger anymore. April 20, 2026 5.0 Overall I've had an excellent experience using Google Drive. It works well, it meets my needs, and I can't even think of anything I'd change to improve it. Pros Google Drive's HIPAA secure option provides an easy to use document management and data storage option that's excellent value for the money. As a therapist in solo private practice this allows me to securely save diagnostic templates, patient letters, my own schedule, my financial tracking, and so much more. I'm able to easily edit text and collaboration is simple if you work with others. I've never needed to contact their customer support but I'm sure it is as high quality as their product it! Pros Google drive functioned similarly to competing products such as one drive, We loved that it was very user friendly Cons Google Drive was lacking customizable features and was not very interactable with Microsoft products such as SharePoint. Nor was it friendly to integrate into our website. We have team members all over who need to quickly share or access files and Drive has been a solid solution for that. Pros What I like most about Google Drive is its seamless integration with the Google ecosystem. If you're already using tools like Gmail, it is a huge value add with how the suite works together. Cons The offline functionality is inconsistent and is probably my least favorite thing we run into with Drive. And the most fantastic thing is that it’s free up to 25Gt. Pros I have bern using Google Drive since 9 years now and actually 90% of my business and personal documents are being stored there. I find the free storage space (very big) the most crucial characteristic of Google Drive. Also the etsimessä to archive, elaborate documenti off line, and filter them by type are extremely useful. Cons So far I don’t have anything negative to say about Google Drive but I Sometimes get confused when it organizes the Docs in order they’re bern opened. July 5, 2025 5.0 I´m a very satisfied client here! Recently, I was looking for something and came across some documents that I had stored 6 years ago! Isn´t that amazing? :-) Pros What I like most about Google Drive is the search option by category. If unsure of the document´s format, I can type the title directly into the search in the Drive area, and it´ll show some possibilities. I also like how I can label the folders by color. It keeps the documents neat and very organized. Cons The only thing I can think of is the sync option, which was perhaps my fault. I wanted my phone´s files to automatically sync into my laptop´s Google Drive, but then, it consumed my drive´s storage space, so I had to delete a lot of files. It's allowed me to share files with businesses that I wouldn't normally be able to through email and is a great place to keep files on your phone in storage Pros What I like most is that it's one place to store all of your items from your phone and makes it very easy for sharing large files which you can't do in email with some size limitations Cons The only thing I don't like about it is that if you don't have enough space on your phone to begin with that, it does use your storage, so you may have to upgrade and purchase more storage space.
