It's allowed me to share files with businesses that I wouldn't normally be able to through email and is a great place to keep files on your phone in storage Pros What I like most is that it's one place to store all of your items from your phone and makes it very easy for sharing large files which you can't do in email with some size limitations Cons The only thing I don't like about it is that if you don't have enough space on your phone to begin with that, it does use your storage, so you may have to upgrade and purchase more storage space. Pros It is connected to the Google Workspace and supports many useful features, such as sharing and integrating with other services on the workspace and other platforms, such as text editors, AI assistants, in addition to having a desktop app and a helpful API to build programs with, and using the free subscription capacity to store documents in an easy and smooth process. Other than the organizational piece, I can only say good things about it. Pros Fair price for more storage and the ability to share documents and other things with others inside and outside of your company. Easy to use, and the search function is great if you title things efficiently. Cons Just wish ownership and organization of the Drive was a little easier and maybe there was assistance from AI or something to help with this. This product is a must for any team working on any kind of project. Cons The only difficult part is moving a file once you have a large folder structure set up. Cons We use it with several vendors and when they send me a document because they are sending it to my work email, but my log-in is set to my personal Google account, it requires requesting permissions or logging out and back in. Has an advance search function that comes in handy when looking for a specific file. Easy and quick to upload ,sharing and editing files. Also has an amazing drag and drop feature which saves a lot of time especially when uploading lot of files. Cons Google Drive always gives an exceptional services and does it's purpose very well. Pros I adore how organized it is and how much space there is for free! I use drive to organize everything I need in an office/writing setting - it is a great hub. Cons I do wish it had more space for free, and an ability to be a lot more custom with my labeling/tagging - I really like aesthetics above all else and Drive falls flat there. The storage, the ability to access my files remotely makes it the best tool out there. Pros It houses all of my documents, slides, sheets and more. I love that I can access these files from anywhere, work, home, or on the go. Items can be shared easily. The apps are also easy to use. Google Documt are easy to open but featuers to use to write need little patience. Pros The most favarate Featuers I like are many but most varates are : 1. Serch filter by owner , Location, file Type or even modification date.But many are not using that options. 2. Cut and paste with Shortcuts make the work easy. 3. Quick search for Google meet element, Recotding and notes. Cons File organisation is not allways easy. 15 GB Space is ok but each one shoild take care not to upload allthings in to Google Drive. My experience has been great and I wish that my current position utilized it to be honest. Pros I love that it is so easy to copy and share files from one user to another through this drive. I was once a teacher and didn’t want to lose all of my work as I transitioned careers. It was easy to download and share files with my personal drive to avoid losing hard work. Super easy to use if you're already in the Google world, and working on stuff with other people at the same time is seriously smooth. Having my files everywhere is clutch. Sharing is a breeze, and I don't have to hit "save" every two seconds. Finding that one lost doc is way less stressful. Sure, the offline thing can be a bit clunky, and the free space vanishes faster than free pizza. But overall? It just gets the job done, and it does it pretty well. Pros Seriously love how it just works with everything else Google. Docs, Gmail, bam! All there. And being able to jump on a doc with someone at the same time? Total lifesaver. Plus, I can grab my stuff from my phone, my laptop, whatever. Sharing's easy, and I never freak out about losing stuff 'cause it saves automatically. Oh, and finding that one file I know I saved somewhere? Way easier than it should be. Solid. Cons Honestly, the offline thing can be a bit of a pain if you don't plan ahead. And sometimes, stuff takes a sec to sync between my phone and computer, which is annoying. Plus, that free storage fills up FAST if you're not careful. The desktop app can be a little wonky sometimes too. And yeah, you always have that little thought in the back of your head about where your stuff is, you know? It mostly works great, though.
