Pros I like Google Drive because it has many different format options to use, like creating documents, slides, spreadsheets, and uploading your own formats. It's also very user friendly so I know where to find everything, and most of all, it's mostly free. I also like how everything is auto saved, so I don't have to worry about losing my data if my computer shuts off. Cons One thing that does bug me about it is the lack of storage space once you get past a certain limit, and I do use Google Drive quite a lot, so after a few years of using it, I do find myself having to look through my GoogleDrive and having to delete things to make space. I like it better than the alternatives but I also feel there is so much opportunity in the cloud storage stage to improve the user experience. Google has just stopped trying with Google Drive. But it does have the basic features. Pros It's straight forward and easy to use. It's easy too access and as far as I know accepts all file types. Cons It doesn't have a tagging system in the free plan. The only way to find files is through search. The only way to organize files is with folders. They could radically improve the usefulness of this product just by adding tagging. I even upgraded to Workplace but it's only available in the expensive plans.
