It really will take the headache out of a lot of the paperwork side of your project's business. Pros The file sharing is fast, I was able to pull up the project onboarding slides easily, which is very important when you work remotely like myself. The storage plans are very affordable. First, it makes collaboration seamless for our team internally and externally. We're able to share comments, thoughts, and ideas that help our clients, and thanks to Google Drive, we're able to manage these documents according to procedure. We can follow a strict security process that ensures our client info is protected. Second, we're able to easily edit text in the moments during meetings, and it allows us to collaborate on note taking as well. On top of all of this, Google Drive is easy to use, and I've been doing it since middle school. Cons The only major con with Google Drive is data storage. It has been easy to use and reliable for all these years. It works great with all the other Google products like Sheets and Docs and keeps all my information safe. Pros With Google Drive all my important files are saved and I have access to them from any computer. I can seamlessly switch from working on my phone to my laptop with documents and spreadsheets and I don't have to worry about losing my documents if my phone gets damaged or lost. Cons I wish it would automatically sync folders from my phone without having to use a 3rd party app to do it. I want every file in my folder for my business to be saved on the Google drive automatically, but the only way I've found is to use another program to keep it synced. Its easy to use and edit viewing permissions can be set as you wish. I work in a corporate office while doing all the financials for 3 shops in 3 different cities with ease. Pros Google drive is the easiest virtual file cabinet ! The price is very affordable . It makes collaborating with other people simple and efficient. The search option is great for storing files and other important documents. Cons I haven't found anything that I do not like about google drive. Sharing is easy, creating files and folders is easy, and because it integrates with everything and has all its own software, like Docs and Sheets and Slides, you can easily find your work. It's also super easy to create folders to have your files in, so it's easy to organize everything. Pros It's so easy to use! It's easy to make new files and upload folders and create categories and rename things, etc. Cons Honestly, it's a Google product, there's not much to dislike. Storage Limitations – The free 15 GB is shared across Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, so it can fill up quickly if you store lots of files. 2.Offline Limitations – While offline access is possible, it’s not as seamless as working fully online, and some features (like real-time collaboration) aren’t available offline. It has a user-friendly design and is adopted by students to real life workplaces. Pros I think everyone uses it. It has become the default for so many of us to use Google products and integrations. It has a low to no barrier for entry and is easy to understand, but can be adapted for many uses as well. Something that I recently discovered that has been helpful to my work is that I can look back at previous versions of a document and revert any unwanted changes that may have happened. Cons Sometimes files cannot be shared as easily via Google Drive if they are too large and need to be downloaded instead. I also frequently (when working on large documents, or many documents at once) experience delays, lags, and the forms or apps closing out on me without meaning to, and not saving the work that I had put in. I also wish that I could make more changes or add suggestions offline or when I have less reliable wifi. One of the most important things for me is being able to work on something in one place and be able to pick it up if I'm on the go or in a different location. I don't always have the desktop so I may use my laptop, mobile device or a tablet. Pros It's more a visual and you can change the version you see whether it's list or file image. You can also search by most recent because sometimes you may not save your file by the correct title that you needed to. Which then you can always go back and rename your file as well. Cons Sometimes from switching from a desktop to a mobile device the settings are quite different. There can be some minor formatting issues when you are converting from PowerPoint to the Google slides but that’s not a major issue for storage. Pros This beats SharePoint, hands-down. Very easy to structure files move documents that permissions and organize a storage architecture integrate seamlessly with chat and meet. Cons I honestly don’t think there’s anything about this product that I didn’t like, the recently opened feature is good. The user interface is good. It just works and is intuitive.
