First, it makes collaboration seamless for our team internally and externally. We're able to share comments, thoughts, and ideas that help our clients, and thanks to Google Drive, we're able to manage these documents according to procedure. We can follow a strict security process that ensures our client info is protected. Second, we're able to easily edit text in the moments during meetings, and it allows us to collaborate on note taking as well. On top of all of this, Google Drive is easy to use, and I've been doing it since middle school. Cons The only major con with Google Drive is data storage. I started by automating document creation through Zapier, pulling in form responses and pushing the final PDF into ClickUp. I was impressed by how quickly we got it running and how much time it saved us. But then came the limits, and with them, lots of trial and error. I had to cut unnecessary steps, remove delays, and even replay failed Zaps manually. Still, despite the hiccups, it’s hard to deny how much value it adds when it works. Pros What I love most about Google Drive is how seamlessly it connects with Zapier. Being able to automatically generate documents from templates and instantly turn them into PDFs feels almost magical. I was especially surprised by how simple it was to link the “Create Document from Template” step with ClickUp, and just like that, a client’s form becomes a clean, professional PDF attached to the task. When everything flows smoothly. Cons The rate limits. Honestly, that's been the biggest headache. I wasn’t running hundreds of Zaps a day, sometimes just a few tests or back to back form submissions, and still ran into “User rate limit exceeded” errors. It’s frustrating when you’ve carefully built the whole flow and it breaks because of something so opaque. There’s no clear dashboard to track usage, which makes troubleshooting feel like guesswork. Pros It’s incredibly easy to use. Organising and sharing files is a breeze, and integration between all the other Google Suite apps is pretty seamless. The base free file storage limit is pretty generous and extra storage plans are affordable. Cons The permission sharing can be annoying at times. Cons I honestly don’t think there’s anything about this product that I didn’t like, the recently opened feature is good. The user interface is good. It just works and is intuitive.
