Since I first started using google drive in 2006 I have changed careers 3 times and all my resumes, certifications, and related documentation has been saved in my google drive for me to use in the transitional process for each stage. Pros what I liked most about google drive is being able to save everything in one safe place that I can access from all my devices or from anywhere I can access the internet. Google Drive makes use of the most complex and advanced security features which ensure all files are safe and can only be accessed with the right authorization. I have had a very fantastic and satisfying experience with Google Drive which is why i recommend it as the greatest tool of all time to store digital files. Pros My biggest highlights with Google Drive has been the advancement of its security features which allows me to keep all my files safe and private. The auto-scanner feature ensures that all the files am uploading are safe from malware. I also like the team collaboration hub that allow me to work together with my work colleagues on our project files. Google Drive offer folders and subfolders that help to assort and organize stored files making it quick and easy to access them whenever i need to. It also offers a very secure file transfer function that help share files safely. Cons My experience with Google Drive has not had any challenges. I hate that I love using a suite of products that basically runs the major search engines, but I have no complaints at all really. Pros I love that I can drag and drop files or folders. I like that the interface is much like the File Managers in operating systems. The fees for storage are very fair and the ease of accessing files is good. I like that you can download it as a cloud/backup drive, right into your OS. For many, the backup features of the main folders is a great feature. I couldn't get myself to use the competitors because I am extremely happy with Drive. Cons I don't like that my email can get frozen if my Drive is full, especially when I'm paying for extra storage and might just need a minute to come up with funds (doesn't happen often). I've never liked Microsoft products much and Dropbox didn't impress me, never has. iPage is my web host and sometimes it's just not very easy to access files, although they have implemented a virtual drive in the past few years and I have not tried it. Sharing documentation to team members is unbeatable compared to other platforms. The recent search functionality improvement has been great as well! Cons I would expect that Gemini is not Able to take advantage of internal storage to create AI finings. I also do not like how some docs are not easy to copy text from. I also don’t like how limited templates are with drive documents.
