It has been easy to use and reliable for all these years. It works great with all the other Google products like Sheets and Docs and keeps all my information safe. Pros With Google Drive all my important files are saved and I have access to them from any computer. I can seamlessly switch from working on my phone to my laptop with documents and spreadsheets and I don't have to worry about losing my documents if my phone gets damaged or lost. Cons I wish it would automatically sync folders from my phone without having to use a 3rd party app to do it. I want every file in my folder for my business to be saved on the Google drive automatically, but the only way I've found is to use another program to keep it synced. Since I first started using google drive in 2006 I have changed careers 3 times and all my resumes, certifications, and related documentation has been saved in my google drive for me to use in the transitional process for each stage. Pros what I liked most about google drive is being able to save everything in one safe place that I can access from all my devices or from anywhere I can access the internet. Sharing is easy, creating files and folders is easy, and because it integrates with everything and has all its own software, like Docs and Sheets and Slides, you can easily find your work. It's also super easy to create folders to have your files in, so it's easy to organize everything. Pros It's so easy to use! It's easy to make new files and upload folders and create categories and rename things, etc. Cons Honestly, it's a Google product, there's not much to dislike. However, I don't see a need for there to be a Home Page. It could go straight to My Drive and be fine. The Home page is just an extra page that I don't use. Very intuitive and the app is also amazing. Cons The different google logins can be confusing when you access another account and can’t find ehat you are looking for. I also have been administering Drive in Google Workspace since 2013. Pros I really like how easy it is to backup and collaborate data with Google Drive. The program you install on your computer to upload files works well. Also, it can stream the files in Drive to your local machine so you can use your Finder to easily navigate Drive files. Cons I can't think of much I don't like about Google Drive. I like how it is integrated into Google products. Cons The permission settings can be a nuisance when there's no real reason for them to be so intense. People who are passing along extremely private files probably won't be using google drive. Cons There are times that the file sorting can get a little messy, especially when working with shared folders. The storage space fills up fast if I'm working with big files. One of the most important things for me is being able to work on something in one place and be able to pick it up if I'm on the go or in a different location. I don't always have the desktop so I may use my laptop, mobile device or a tablet. Pros It's more a visual and you can change the version you see whether it's list or file image. You can also search by most recent because sometimes you may not save your file by the correct title that you needed to. Which then you can always go back and rename your file as well. Cons Sometimes from switching from a desktop to a mobile device the settings are quite different.
