The odd sync glitch aside, it's reliable and the sharing makes working with the team painless. Hard to imagine going back to emailing files around. Pros The 15GB you get for free is generous, and finding old files is quick since search actually works well. Sharing a folder with the team takes two clicks and it syncs across all my devices without me thinking about it. Having it tied into Docs and Sheets is handy. Cons The free 15GB fills up fast once you count Gmail and photos, and the paid plans add up if you have a few people. The desktop sync app has hiccupped on me a couple times and needed a restart. Sharing permissions can also get confusing when files are nested in shared folders.
