Pros

Overall Google Drive makes running our non-profit organization easier because we can do things paperlessly and everyone in the board has access to our files.

Pros

Google Drive allows multiple people within the non-profit that I volunteer with to share and collaborate on documents. It gives us a central place to store things like schedules, notes, photos, invoices, etc. It also allows us to restrict some files or folders to be accessible by certain people only.

Cons

Google Drive is tied to Gmail, so it makes me a little uncomfortable that if someone got ahold of our non-profit’s email password, they’d have access to all of our files too.

Overall, Google Drive has been the greatest tool for file creation, organization, sharing, collaboration, and general productivity. It's so helpful for keeping track of tasks, listing data, writing notes, and so much more.

Pros

Google Drive is the perfect tool for organizing documents, spreadsheets, and other files. It also makes it easy to collaborate or share files.

Cons

I've found it somewhat difficult to find a what I'm looking for when using the mobile apps. You have to have the Drive app, along with the Docs app and Sheets app, etc. I could not find a document folder in the Docs app but I think I had to go to the Drive app to find it.

My overall experience was nothing but wonderful. It made my life as a teacher, affiliate marketer, and content creator more organized.

Pros

There are many reasons why I like Google Drive. I've been using it for a long time to manage documents that are mostly related to personalized lesson planning for each of my students. It provides an easy way to save information I found on the internet and retrieve it later. On top of that, I would take notes from browsing some platforms/sites, put them on Google Docs, and edit them afterward in preparation for collaborations with my partners. I'm not worried about not having enough space because the storage is unbelievably massive, and I can easily get more if I want to since the prices are very reasonable and worth the purchase. One more thing that I haven't tried yet, since there was no reason to, is to contact customer support. BUT, be assured that it's right there and just one click away.

Cons

At the moment, I honestly can't think of anything negative about Google Drive. It has been very helpful for me all these years.

within the company; Google Drive allows me to quickly access everything without worrying about where I am.

Pros

I liked it because it is very easy to use, file sharing is fast and efficient, and being able to collaborate on documents in real time is a real advantage for teamwork.

Cons

What I did not like at all is that file organization can become messy over time, especially with a lot of shared folders.

This is a trusted and efficient solution for handling and sharing HR related documents. It is especially useful for collaboration, but can be a bit cumbersome at times with large files or less tech-savvy users. It's worth it to our little business, despite it's occasional glitches. I would definitely recommend it to any team that needs to be organized and is admin-heavy.

Pros

It has been extremely helpful in securing and organising our HR documents. Sharing files with members of our organization, including those outside of our organization, is a huge benefit. I love using it for drafting and editing policies and contracts live with collaborators. When looking for previous employee agreements or internal notices, its search function will help to save time.

Cons

The platform's functionality is solid, but at times becomes a bit clunky when handling larger files during upload, especially when training videos or other video assets are concerned. The interface itself is quite overwhelming at times and particularly for staff members who are not tech-savvy. Additional training would be beneficial to small businesses such as ours.

It's always one of the best cloud on the market, and it's still free. 15 Gb are a good amount of data space

Pros

I don' loose any documents from when I started using GDrive. Just put them on the cloud, and access them from PC, phone, etcetera

Cons

2 step authentication is very annoying, since the fact I don't have critical data on Gdrive. To access Gdrive from a new device is too complicated

I have been using Google Drive for quite a long while now to store my lecture notes and lecturing documents and i have really had a smooth experience. Google Drive provides me with a cloud storage that makes it possible for me to always have access to my stored documents from anywhere and whenever i need to use them. With Google Drive, am able to sort my documents and store related documents like those of a particular lecture unit, in a single folder and this allows me to have an easy time and to quickly locate them whenever i require them. I have also had an easy experience with Google Drive when collaborating on documents with my colleagues, allowing us to have shared access on documents and work on them together especially when preparing lecturing materials.

Pros

Google Drive has been an incredible documents storage and management tool and I like the simplicity of the user interface and how well everything is organized as it allows me to effortlessly navigate it. It provides a very secure files storage space with advanced protection features which help ensure that all the files i have uploaded are scanned for any malware and also help prevent any unauthorized access to the files. Google Drive has an in-built files sharing feature which allows me to transfer and share files with my learners safely and directly from the storage without having to download them first. I like that i can categorize my files and store related ones under one folder and subfolder as it makes it really easy and convenient to access the files i require. Google Drive also offers search features which makes it quick to locate the file am looking for without having to go through every folder.

Cons

Genuinely, there has been nothing to dislike about Google Drive because all the features are easy to use and everything has always responded perfectly without any issues. I have not discovered any performance issues and there has been nothing to complain about.

Drive ensures that the label's entire digital heritage is accessible at any time, whether from an office computer or on the go via a smartphone during a business trip.

Pros

Managing large files is a daily reality for a music label. Google Drive serves as our secure storage space for all our audio recordings (high-quality WAV files), album art, press kits, and digitized contracts.

Cons

Without strict team discipline regarding file naming and directory organization, the shared space can quickly become cluttered.
