Comments: Bought this software in 2001 because it was so user-friendly. The updates stopped in 2010 and somewhere along the way 24 hour tech support stopped. They are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. What Salon and Spa do you know that is only open those hours? Our nights and Saturdays are our busiest times and of course - they are not available. Too bad, this company had a good foundation software that could have really become an industry great with some tweaking and commitment to growth.
I am looking elsewhere now for new software.

I used this software for years and then the customer service went into the tank.

Comments: The pros are the software is easy to manage, but obtaining help is pricey. I rented it for years and then purchased the program shortly afterwards no more tech support. The software use a key and if the key gets damaged $595! This company tried to make me buy it again for $3000 for a so-called updated version instead of abiding by the fact I had a right to the access coding for what I paid for. They refuse to give tech support or coding without charging me. Stay away from Elite Salon&Spa Management. They have two guys working tech support who care nothing about a person's business only to profit off of inconvenience. I am going with Rosy and should have left this company long time ago. A lot of people are leaving them...
