Pros: All the information we need can be put into the program. We can adapt the information we need specifically on this program to meet our local needs. This is not a generic program and can be made user specific.

Cons: Currently at this time we have no cons with the program.
If we need information boxes changed or modified the customer support is excellent.

Overall: We have all FireSite preplans at our finger tips on our computers in the vehicles giving us all the information we need most right away.

Great! Excellent resource for first responders!!

Pros: The value of pre-incident planning is incredibly important in the fire service! As first responders knowledge is key for saving lives and property. This program gives first responders information on building construction, fire protection, special hazards, occupant info and other important details pertaining to the building. Having this knowledge is a huge advantage during initial size up and creating an incident action plan (IPA). The software is also very easy to use and covers most if not all important features of a building. Building pre-incident planning is recognized under NFPA 1620 as a important resource during firefighting operations. This software is easy to use and greatly improves the outcome of many possible emergencies. Highly recommended!

Cons: The program is relatively inexpensive for what you get, however you will need to purchase tablets if you don't have them.

Overall: Great! Very easy to use and not too long.
