We found it easy to use, simple and not as cluttered/complex like other solutions. ElvaDMS also offers a cloud based service, which is a plus if you want to minimize the burdens of running on-premise. Cons The cloud option has its limitations unless you spend more to upgrade the cloud service plan. The basic cloud option will not provide you with the flexibility to leverage inhouse development and push customizations, as you do not have full access to the server due to shared resources. Sales increase. Better control and analysis of money and processes. Pros Just love the familiar Microsoft interface Elva DMS soft has. Because it looks so much like Microsoft Office that we use in our everyday work. Cons Installation on-premise is rather time consuming. It requires expensive servers and additional MS SQL licenses. Pros Good impression about Elva DMS team. Not only great knowledge in IT, but also professionals in auto industry. Cons We had to let go some part of our stuff, because Elva DMS made few of our processes more efficient. We had to manage our expences, we reduced our mothly costs.
