If we experience issues, the audit dashboard team responds to our queries right away and consistently reviews any outstanding concerns.

Cons

We have a client who complaints a lot about auditdashboard like the ease of using it. The audit is ongoing, and we will see if the client will still complaint.

Pros

•Clients find it easy to use and organize documents within the dashboard on the different lines •User friendly •Ease of back/forth for questions or outstanding items to send through the dashboard

Cons

•Would be nice to be able to move documents if uploaded to the wrong line•Clients asking for access to last years’ and we have to open it for them

It gives notification and progress of each engagement. Customer support is good.

Cons

Navigating or moving from one requested item to the next is not smooth. Hope we can just press up and down arrow and can navigate from one item to the next.

Evidence collection for audits

Pros

One of the standout features of AuditDashboard is its user-friendly interface. The portal's document management system is exceptional. It enables seamless collaboration among team members by providing a centralized repository for all audit-related files. I highly recommend it to any organization seeking to enhance their auditing practices and achieve greater efficiency.

Pros

Audit Dashboard is very easy to use, for both auditors and clients. It helps track the status of audits through each of the audit phases (planning, execution, and completion). It significantly reduces the number of email exchanges and eliminates the need to send out a planning letter at the beginning of the audit, as well as updated outstanding item lists throughout the audit. Comments and queries can be added to specific requests where the client is able to see what has been uploaded to avoid misunderstandings. It makes it easier to identify where the issue areas of the file are based on how many times certain requests have been returned to the client. Definitely and increase to overall audit efficiency, and it has helped many of my audits to get started earlier than anticipated as clients will start to slowly upload documents earlier on when the list is broken down into separate requests.

Cons

The hardest part about switching to a new platform for exchanging audit documents is getting everyone on board with the changeover. However, the switch was easier than expected as most clients were able to grasp how the platform works with a simple introduction email template and access to a short how-to video. We also have some clients that are paper based and do not like having to scan and upload documents, so for these particular clients, the platform is not as useful.

It is a good investment, though abit pricey but it has been very much useful in obtaining the requried information hassle free

Pros

With the use of audit dashboard, it has allowed our staff to access all the PBC data at one place and we do not have any more cases of lost mails/lost information etc. Clients are promptly informed when they have an existing request that is not replied to and client lead time to respond has also become shorter

Cons

I think what would be good is just like how the client is informed via email when the auditors put in a request, it wuld be good if the auditors also get a email whenever the client responds to the queries so that we can check.

We use this to manage client requests for audit engagements. It is very good for this purpose!

Pros

It is easy to see where an audit is at any given time. The software is also very intuitive, meaning it is easy for our clients to pick up.

Cons

Nothing - our only issues are making sure our staff are making the most of all the functionality rather than issues with audit dashboard itself.

Our overall experience with AuditDashboard has been positive. We are particularly satisfied with the support we have received from the representative who worked with us to implement the software for a test group of engagements. He assisted with training our personnel remotely and responds timely to questions/issues. With his assistance, we successfully implemented AuditDashboard on a sample of 5-7 engagements within 4-6 weeks. MCM's mission is to help both our team and clients succeed and to provide tools to team members that ensure clients receive the best possible service. To this end, we are constantly reviewing technology advances in order to implement tools that support progressive service delivery. We have not yet completed a full cycle with AuditDashboard and therefore are still evaluating efficiencies and client feedback.

Pros

The software is easy to access and responsive to changes in users and requests. Audit personnel make changes that are seen by the client as soon as the webpage is refreshed.

Cons

Users are set up under a different section from the request list and must be added to the engagement as a second step. In addition, the email invitation to a new user is not sent automatically, which can cause a delay if the invitation is not manually initiated.
