Pros

The way the Dashboard summarizes the different project progressions, as well as mentioned on different Jira tickets it's a great feature for this platform

Cons

A little bit of more tutorial as a recommendation, but overall it's a pretty complete tool

It has been wonderful.

Pros

Not only the ease to use, but the way we can track all concerned members to the same ticket, set approval flows, build integrations, etc. is something that puts JIRA apart from all other systems

Cons

I would say, having a reminder option (when there is approval needed), would be nice. That seems to be missing

We have used this tool, for integration of Servicenow with Jira, The overall experience was good and smooth, the status of the Jira tickets gets updated in snow from time to time.

Pros

Easy to implement Smooth automated working high performance low maintenance

Cons

If you have aligned two apps using Jira integration+ and if you make comment on one and expect that same comment should be posted on my JIRa ticket smoothly, its not gonna happen. It does not give a smooth transition of posting the data live, existing data or comments will be seen but if you add new, it is not posted properly( you will see either comment missing or extra information is also added along with the actual comment).

As a non-developer I found it difficult to stay across mentions in Jira. I needed a way to be informed when a comment or message was left on Jira on a ticket. The Jira integration+ service was the solution. It was easy to set up and I could easily see any comments, messages and mentions made in Jira from Slack. From there I could see which ticket and I could open the ticket and review further.

Pros

\* Easy to set up \* Runs in the background \* Helps me stay across mentions ins Jira from Slack \* Affordable

Cons

\* To be honest I haven't come across any issues - it just works

Overall experience is good, I am using it and also sometimes I suggest to my friends or colleagues to use it.

Pros

It's a good feature. We are using Jira integration for multiple tools, i.e., Slack, Google sheets and Confluence. We mainly use it in Slack and it's easy to know about tickets being raised on Jira and being notified on Slack. We can easily update or change status directly so overall it's a nice feature.

Cons

Sometimes integration gets complicated, the process takes time to understand, or maybe it's from the server end. Hence, the easiness of this feature needs to be updated and a short tutorial related to the product as we see in adobe products.
