I am satisfy with this software because it has all the HR function and very easy to use. It's user interface visualization is very clear so you can understand by seeing it. One software can resolve all the HR related issue.

Pros

This is called one stop for all the HR function as it help you with recruitment, payroll management, travel and reimbursement, Timesheet and other HR functions. Every employee can use it for ESS on their mobile so they can see their task and apply leave from mobile. It is easy to use and understandable.

Cons

It is good software with most of the HR feature so right now they didn't have any cons but yes they have to update it on regular basis according to changes.

Hr software accomplishes all the difficult tasks manually. Includes various modules that make the huge process of employee management easy. Talent analytics enable HR to monitor all the employees with an effective tracking methodology. Payroll processing is easy and accomplishing payroll management is completed within hours.

Pros

Very Useful Software that includes multiple modules in HR management. Sync of attendance module with the Payroll module makes the entire purpose of payroll processing easy. Recruitment management is accomplished more easily and effectively. Saves the time and effort of HR and makes all employees comfortable. Generation of pay-slip is automated so that each employee gets their pay slip from their profile. Employee self-service make the purpose of entire coordination within the control of employees.

Cons

Employee self-service application is in need to handle the tasks efficiently from any place they are.

Pros

There are quite a few things that I like about this product. It was very easy to set up and learn and that is something that I really enjoy about software. It is also easy to navigate.

Cons

So far there has been nothing about this software that I do not like. The customer support was a little tough to figure out, but really that's it.
