It helps us monitor and evaluate each person’s potential efficiently and thus the workforce management and planning becomes easier and more accurate in the entire company. Cons One functional problem that I experienced was the issue with the update sync where once in a while the skills across the different categories were not in harmony. The platform could be improved with better synchronization of data where it appears in all sets of skills.
