Pros: What impressed me most when I was shopping for an e-signature software for our company was how easy to use it was. I was never trained to use it, nor did I have to read any instructions - it was all self-explanatory. Ours is a time-sensitive business, and once we signed on with InsureSign we were astonished how the timing for client responses dropped dramatically. It was comforting knowing we could ge, and actually were getting, our needed documents returned within minutes versus days or weeks.

Cons: We would like the ability to send a document to more than two users. Oftentimes we need a third signature and it would be very handy.

Pros: The program works fantastic, people have no problem using it regardless of their awareness of computers or programs. Customers love the program it is much easier to use than the insurance company e sign programs. Your e sign program also works when our own e mail is down. Could not praise it more.

Cons: The install program is not easy to install but thankfully your technical support is always available to help us.

Overall: We get all executed documents that are clear, precise and signed it even gives you the IP addresses, in case you ever need them.

Pros: Very Easy to Use, Fast Processing and Efficient Turn Around Time from start to finish. Also every signed document can be emailed directly to the user.

Cons: I know software is changing daily so everything gets better the more and more we use it, I would like to see the option to delete a file once we download the file in a customers file. This will allow our agents the ability to manage all the signed files from day to day business.

Overall: Speed and Efficiency, The ability to help up finalize our sale.

Pros: The ability to be completely paperless and have a process with such ease of use to our clients is second to none. We've been using Insuresign since 2014 and have no thought that it won't always be of use in our office.

Cons: There's nothing we don't like, although there are enhancements we suggest to the development team here and there and they listen to our requests and either make them happen or let us know why something might not work how we want it to.

Pros: I love the ease of use not just for my staff but for the end user. InsureSign allows us to quickly get documents sent out and returned. We have a 100% return rate with an average turn around time of 20 minutes. It's fantastic!

Cons: I can't say there is anything I dislike about the product. A recent update threw a couple little kinks but in usual InsureSign style, they rectified the situation with speed and care.

We've used InsureSign for the past two plus years and we couldn't be happier.

Pros: InsureSign has made it easier for us to do business. With the majority of our customers preferring email communication the ability to get digital signatures is priceless.

Cons: Not really a con but it would be nice if InsureSign integrated with our agency management software. Attaching and forwarding signed documents is quick and easy.

Pros: Top benefit for my purposes - documents, once reviewed/signed are emailed back to me for attachment. This simplifies my processing and saves a lot of time.

Cons: I have not yet found a downside to this software. The company stays on top of it's programming and the technicians are fast to answer questions/assist when needed.

Pros: The interface is very easy to work with and customer have no trouble completing documents I send to them for signing.

Cons: I sometimes notice the minor delays between the prompts when filling out a form and it bothers me just a little. I wish it ran a bit faster but I don't think the average person is as caffeinated as I am.

Overall: The customer doesn't have to come to our office which saves them time. We can have a document sent and received in minutes and that really improves the functionality of our small office.

Pros: SUPER easy to use. I could not imagine selling insurance without using Insuresign. The money we saved on stamps MORE than paid for this service. It would be a deal at twice the price.

Cons: the desktop platform had some issues with adding documents but that has been corrected with the online version.

Pros: It's very simple and user friendly, I don't find that clients have any issues navigating how to sign the documents which makes the whole process smooth!

Pros: Makes getting documents signed so easy and efficient. I really don't know how a business could operate without it and provide a seem less client experience. The importing of documents, the follow up, and the ability to easily document the exchange make InsureSign invaluable.

Cons: The new version took out many of the frustrations found in the old version. I can now drag documents from any format. I wish that the software integrated with Outlook so that email addresses would prefill.

Pros: To be able to deliver a document to Insured to sign on the phone in todays world is such a plus. This allows you to send a document and receive it back within minutes.

Cons: I have not understood how to actually text an individual directly from the program itself. I have to email it to a person and then I can go in and text it. Probably is a better way but have not discovered it yet.

Pros: What i like most is its easy to use. A recent update to a web based version prompted this review. They are cloud based and provide automatic back up. Your clients can e-sign from anywhere. Pros: We like that it's easy to use and easy to implement.

Cons: I dislike that they don't have a zapier integration. I dislike that they charge a premium for an integration with external software. Dislike the pricing.

Overall: This is our first e-sign platform and while the integration with HawkSoft works, it is lacking in several areas. My first few e-signatures had issues because of the browser that I was using (although support could never identify the issue) - fields were placed at random all over the document I sent out for e-signing and it was embarrassing to have that happen with a commercial client. Additionally, because there is no integration with Zapier it's impossible to automate text notifications from our phone - you have to pay for Pro to enable texting. Overall we feel InsureSign is overpriced for the value it brings and will jump ship when there's a reasonable alternative (as of right now, HawkSoft only integrates with InsureSign - no other e-sign service).

Cons: Can't think of one negative thing about insuresign. Agents and clients both agree signing on line is much easier!

Pros: Easy to use, new software at a size that can be read easily. Templates make the process even easier to use. I am one of the major users of the software and am pleased with the email notices of document being opened. If the signed document does not end up soon in my email I know it was not correctly completed.

Cons: When I log in the program automatically opens to the account tab, I would prefer it to open on the home tab.

Overall: I have been using the InsureSign program for a few weeks and have no issues. My turn around time for clients signatures has been cut in half. With InsureSign I spend less time calling clients about missing initials or dates, than when I was mailing them.

Pros: I love the ease of it for my insureds and I. My insureds that aren't very "tech savvy" still think it is easy.

Cons: Sometimes when I scan a document and print to InsureSign, the print is all messed up and you cant see anything. No matter how many times I redo it - it still doesnt work.

Overall: We save time and money mailing forms out to sign, we dont have to scan any documents in - i can just attached the email.

Pros: I love how easy this is for the insured to use. A lot of insureds need to be walked thru new software but my insureds picked this up right away.

Cons: I dislike that you can't edit or type into the document after it's been uploaded. I also wish you could set a standard message for the entire team to use when sending out to an insured.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the ability to better serve our clients and track existing envelopes that are out for signature.

Cons: What I like least about this software is the difficulty of field placement. Some competitors implement guidelines for cleaner placement.

Overall: The ability to offer our clients a more complete and efficient service.

Comments: I have had many customers say that once they received documents, it is not easy to sign them and return them to us. I believe this is probably customers that are not tech savy. The younger generations don't seem to have any issues.

Pros: Easy of use. We are coming from DocuSign and thought we would have a learning curb when switching platforms. We had no formal training, and people picked up quickly.

Cons: I wish we had the ability to inform producers when a document it sent for signing. I.E. a 'cc' that doesn't require interaction.

Pros: The ease in which you can use this software doesn't take a rocket scientist. I never have any issues using or sending.

Cons: I would like to be able to follow up on emails that were sent with attachments for signature and I am wondering if available.

Overall: Easier for client to sign documents instantly

Pros: Cuts down on time to get signed docs back and also eliminates missed signatures. So far it has worked flawlessly.

Cons: The ability to be able to go back and make corrections. If I make a mistake in the process, there may be a way but I haven't figured out how.

Pros: The simplicity of InsureSign is fantastic. It's easily the best bang for anyone's buck. There's many options for a customer's input such as Full Name, Signature, Date, Text Field, Initials etc. Once a customer has completed their E-signature - I can choose to have the completed docs CC'd to my CSR who can then save to our agency management system.

Overall: This software saves us so much effort (calling to remind customers we are waiting on signatures, scanning and emailing blank pdf's which customers must then sign, scan, and fax back.) It makes the process of doing business much more streamlined.

Overall: InsureSign is very convenient and easy to use! We never have a problem and our customer's really enjoy being able to sign documents where ever they are and don't always have to come in the office.

Pros: I really liked InsureSign, especially more than other "signing" apps that are out there. Very trustworthy. Had a data breach with a different signing app, and this worked best as a replacement.

Cons: Nothing to share. I liked all aspects of InsureSign and it's ease of integrations.

Overall: None at all.

Pros: I like the template feature and how quickly I can get a contract to and from my clients! My clients also comment that they like how easy it is to complete, sign and return their contracts to me.

Cons: Sometimes I have to tweak tge template boxes but that is minor compared to the overall performance of Insure Sign.

Overall: Quicker processing of my contracts.

Pros: I found the customer service to be great, reasonable pricing and easy to use

Cons: Too many technical issues and error messages from our customers.

Overall: Overall a decent experience but I had to go with a competitor (and someone my parent company recommended) due to the tech issues on the user end.

Pros: I like everything about it. It's user friendly, quick, and self-explanatory..... The documents can be sent and received with documentation noting when it was sent, received and delivered.

Pros: The software is user friendly and simple to use and it also is user friendly for the client to sign electronically.

Cons: Our company logo that's attached to the software is very small and you can't read the company name.

This helps with the turnaround time on getting documents signed and returned.

Pros: It is easy to use and it reminds the client to sign the document on a daily or weekly basis until it is returned.

Cons: Sometimes the information in the document does not populate correctly from the PDF and we have to try it a couple of times but this is rare.

So easy to do electronic signatures!

Pros: I love that Insure Sign is integrated with my CMS software. It makes getting remote signatures so easy!

Cons: So far I don't see anything negative about it. I love it!

Awesome to work with. Customer service was fantastic - very accommodating. Forms worked perfectly.
