Pros: The program works fantastic, people have no problem using it regardless of their awareness of computers or programs. Customers love the program it is much easier to use than the insurance company e sign programs. Your e sign program also works when our own e mail is down. Could not praise it more.

Cons: The install program is not easy to install but thankfully your technical support is always available to help us.

Overall: We get all executed documents that are clear, precise and signed it even gives you the IP addresses, in case you ever need them.

Pros: What I like most is the ability to track documents sent to make sure they are received in a timely manner

Cons: What I like the least is many times the emails go to the customers spam/junk mail folder often and I have to call to follow up

Pros: InsureSign has made it easier for us to do business. With the majority of our customers preferring email communication the ability to get digital signatures is priceless.

Cons: Not really a con but it would be nice if InsureSign integrated with our agency management software. Attaching and forwarding signed documents is quick and easy.

Overall: Easy of doing business and increased productivity

Pros: InsureSign is a fast, easy, convenient way to get documents to clients for signing or approval. The format is really easy to use.

Cons: Since the recent update a couple of months ago, we are unable to text reminders/links/documents to clients cell phones. That feature was awesome.

Pros: The program is very user friendly and I love all of the additional options that I have for my clients including check mark boxes, name print, & date. I also like having the option to add a password and reminders. What I like the most is that I get a PDF of the signed documents sent directly to my email which I can simply drag into my management system.

Pros: The interface is very easy to work with and customer have no trouble completing documents I send to them for signing.

Cons: I sometimes notice the minor delays between the prompts when filling out a form and it bothers me just a little. I wish it ran a bit faster but I don't think the average person is as caffeinated as I am.

Overall: The customer doesn't have to come to our office which saves them time. We can have a document sent and received in minutes and that really improves the functionality of our small office.

Very professional staff, easy to use and setup.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the ability to better serve our clients and track existing envelopes that are out for signature.

Cons: What I like least about this software is the difficulty of field placement. Some competitors implement guidelines for cleaner placement.

Overall: The ability to offer our clients a more complete and efficient service.

It's simple to use, fast receipt, and quick and friendly response to questions I've had.

Pros: It's quick and simple..for me and my customers. The representatives are informative and friendly. We are able to be competitive and accommodating in our industry by being able to do policies and changes online.

Overall: I was frustrated at first because I just wasn't used to the new software but now that I've used it a few times and gotten some help tips, it's really pretty simple.

InsureSign works great. Couldn't live without it in today's digital world

Pros: Easy to use, new software at a size that can be read easily. Templates make the process even easier to use. I am one of the major users of the software and am pleased with the email notices of document being opened. If the signed document does not end up soon in my email I know it was not correctly completed.

Overall: Benefit is we have e signed documents on file within a few hours or days instead of weeks when sending out by mail or email.

Pros: Very Easy to Use, Fast Processing and Efficient Turn Around Time from start to finish. Also every signed document can be emailed directly to the user.

Cons: I know software is changing daily so everything gets better the more and more we use it, I would like to see the option to delete a file once we download the file in a customers file. This will allow our agents the ability to manage all the signed files from day to day business.

Overall: Speed and Efficiency, The ability to help up finalize our sale.

Pros: I love how easy this is for the insured to use. A lot of insureds need to be walked thru new software but my insureds picked this up right away.

Cons: I dislike that you can't edit or type into the document after it's been uploaded. I also wish you could set a standard message for the entire team to use when sending out to an insured.

We couldn't run our business without. Makes document exchange efficient and expedient.

Pros: Makes getting documents signed so easy and efficient. I really don't know how a business could operate without it and provide a seem less client experience. The importing of documents, the follow up, and the ability to easily document the exchange make InsureSign invaluable.

Cons: The new version took out many of the frustrations found in the old version. I can now drag documents from any format. I wish that the software integrated with Outlook so that email addresses would prefill.

The system is user friendly and easy to use.

Pros: The software is user friendly and simple to use and it also is user friendly for the client to sign electronically.

Cons: Our company logo that's attached to the software is very small and you can't read the company name.

Pros: easy sending, scanning and just the the feature likes reminders via text are also an A+ are a great idea since not everyone check the email right away so text help

Pros: I love the ease of use not just for my staff but for the end user. InsureSign allows us to quickly get documents sent out and returned. We have a 100% return rate with an average turn around time of 20 minutes. It's fantastic!

Cons: I can't say there is anything I dislike about the product. A recent update threw a couple little kinks but in usual InsureSign style, they rectified the situation with speed and care.

InsureSign is fantastic! No more waiting for weeks to get our clients to return signed documents!

Pros: What impressed me most when I was shopping for an e-signature software for our company was how easy to use it was. I was never trained to use it, nor did I have to read any instructions - it was all self-explanatory. Ours is a time-sensitive business, and once we signed on with InsureSign we were astonished how the timing for client responses dropped dramatically. It was comforting knowing we could ge, and actually were getting, our needed documents returned within minutes versus days or weeks.

Cons: We would like the ability to send a document to more than two users. Oftentimes we need a third signature and it would be very handy.

Pros: Makes our job much easier. One of our favorite features is that the software reminds our clients to sign their documents if they have not done so already. This feature is very effective and the clients love it too.

Pros: The time savings for agents is what I like best. Plus no lost applications and forms, this service resends the forms until they are returned signed. Plus hearing from clients, no printing out forms and sending back. User friendly!

Cons: Can't think of one negative thing about insuresign. Agents and clients both agree signing on line is much easier!

Overall: User friendly. Plus the service handles the forms, so no lost forms. Love the fact you are emailed everything!

Great service. I don't know what we'd do with it.

Pros: I like the way it works through my existing client management program allowing me to send paperwork to my clients quickly and easily.

Cons: The basic process of learning a new program especially because I had very little experience with electronic signature programs.

Pros: My clients promptly and efficiently return docs that allow my job go faster and easier. I like that you can send reminders to clients who forgot to return them.

Cons: When uploading a doc a pop up always appears and you have to click 'okay' for it finishing uploading so it won't close down.

Pros: Basic functionality so that you do not spend all of your time trying to figure things out. Everything is clear and concise.

Cons: The only thing I would add is if you were able to view the document that you sent. Maybe you can do this already, I'm not sure, but that would be helpful.

Pros: The ease in which you can use this software doesn't take a rocket scientist. I never have any issues using or sending.

Cons: I would like to be able to follow up on emails that were sent with attachments for signature and I am wondering if available.

Pros: I like the template feature and how quickly I can get a contract to and from my clients! My clients also comment that they like how easy it is to complete, sign and return their contracts to me.

Cons: Sometimes I have to tweak tge template boxes but that is minor compared to the overall performance of Insure Sign.

Overall: Quicker processing of my contracts.

Pros: Can easily send a reminder for client to find email. Plus sends daily reminder. Makes working with clients remotely more efficient than making a trip to the office.

Cons: Rarely the signature does not come through. Cannot split multiple page document once signed but one of the recent updates allows separate documents to remain separated, which is an improvement.

The process takes just a few minutes to complete and send to the customer. It is very easy to use.

Pros: I love the simplicity of it, it is user friendly and pretty much error proof. I've never had to call customer service to use it or figure it out.

Overall: I have no complaints regarding this software. If people are complaining, it is them, and not the program.

Awesome to work with. Customer service was fantastic - very accommodating. Forms worked perfectly.

Pros: It is easy to use and it reminds the client to sign the document on a daily or weekly basis until it is returned.

Cons: Sometimes the information in the document does not populate correctly from the PDF and we have to try it a couple of times but this is rare.

Pros: To be able to deliver a document to Insured to sign on the phone in todays world is such a plus. This allows you to send a document and receive it back within minutes.

Cons: I have not understood how to actually text an individual directly from the program itself. I have to email it to a person and then I can go in and text it. Probably is a better way but have not discovered it yet.

This has been very easy to use for me and my clients.

Comments: I have had many customers say that once they received documents, it is not easy to sign them and return them to us. I believe this is probably customers that are not tech savy. The younger generations don't seem to have any issues.

Pros: Fast and effective.

Overall: It is a great and effective way to get documents signed. I use this on a daily basis and would recommend it to anyone.
