Une fois la vente réalisée et réglée pour une année entière, plus de service client. Il est très compliqué de paramétrer l'outil donc après plusieurs mois impossible de l'utiliser et à part des réponses toutes faites de la part d'une responsable client, il ne se passe rien et personne ne répond et personne ne rappelle. On peut dire que ce n'est pas loin de l'arnaque.

Pros

A part le commercial qui était convainquant, aucun aspect positif car nous n'arrivons pas à l'utiliser

Cons

Trop compliqué à paramétrer et pas de réponse du service après vente pour nous aider

Tres satisfaite de ce logiciel que je recommanderai à toute personne en charge des ressources humaines en entreprise. Il facilite la vie

Pros

Logiciel de gestion des RH très utile et intéressant à avoir. Il offre un panel de possibilités telles que les rappels pour les échances (visites medicale ou habilitations à renouveler), la signature électronique etc.

Cons

J'aurai apprécié que le dossier salarié soit vraiment un onglet qui s'ajoute par exemple lorsque nous entrons sur les informations du salarié.

This software has been perfect for our company. Everything works well, is well-organized, and easy to use. Friendly customer service as well!

Cons

There is not one thing that I don't like about this software. I highly suggest it to any mid-sized company!
