April 18, 2017 5.0 One of the hardest parts about marketing is getting your online reputation in a good place, but with RevuKangaroo that's no longer a problem for us! In a short amount of time, they have helped our company grow our star rating across several different review platforms, helped us know how our technicians and office staff are doing, be able to reward them for positive reviews, and learn more about our customer's experiences. A big plus is how easy the software is to use. We went from receiving a handful of positive reviews a month...to receiving several positive reviews daily! April 13, 2017 5.0 I have been trying for so long to get more reviews for my business and ever since I started using RevuKangaroo I have noticed my reviews skyrocketing. I have complete control over reviews that need my attention before they harm my business. If you are operating a business without RevuKangaroo you are leaving your business vulnerable. VR Verified Reviewer VP Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "There are Better Review Vendors Than This One" August 5, 2019 1.0 Overall it was a negative. We spent so much time communicating with the RevuKangaroo team and never got our questions answered and program implemented like we'd been promised. The make big promises, but couldn't follow through. Pros This platform is for a business that wants individuals reviewed, not the business as a whole. Which is great for a hair salon or the like, but not for a company trying to gain overall reviews. Cons We tried very hard to make RevuKangaroo work for our clients, but at the end of the day we couldn't get it off the ground. I will say the team at RK tried. They were responsive, but often didn't understand what we were asking or how to help. I wouldn't recommend this platform based on the issues we had: design ability and adjustments couldn't be made (and the basic design lacked visual interest), difficulty navigating through our agency account and client accounts (didn't work intuitively), ability to not just review a business as a whole (you have to list the business as a person essentially to get reviews), and lack of professionalism by the management team. Even knowing this platform never worked for us - or our clients - when we cancelled after two months the President acted surprised and berated us via email. I wish she'd just of understood that it wasn't a fit, expressed remorse, been apologetic and not held us to the 30-day out clause. Review Source MH Michel H. I offer this product to all my clients because it makes the process of getting reviews much easier. My clients can focus on a specific review site by choosing the sites on their dashboard. They can address any unsatisfied customers immediately with the internal review process. The system is overall an excellent choice for my clients. Used the software for: ### "Online Reviews" April 13, 2017 5.0 We have been using RevuKangaroo in our business for over a year now and it has helped us tremendously. We are getting 20x the number of reviews from our customers as we did before, and our star ratings on internet sites have improved dramatically. Best of all, it gives instant feedback on how our technicians are doing with our customers and helps us handle any unsatisfied customers immediately, before they post a bad review on other sites. CEO Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Poor service and untrusted billing" February 18, 2024 1.0 Very poor service, no response from there company and no service or contact in two years. Pros No, there are no benefits to having this service unless you want to give your money away. Cons Will bill you every year on auto even when you have canceled the contract in writing and over the phone. I had to cancel my credit card, and even with the card canceled, American Express let the charge go through. Review Source NS Nicole S. Executive Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Beware of cancellation policies" January 24, 2020 2.0 RevuKangaroo is unethical with their cancellation procedure. They continue to run credit card payments for almost a year after I cancelled their services. I tried to reach out for help but after many emails and calls to their management they still failed to resolve the issue. I finally had to get AMEX involved. Beware that if you ever want to cancel your account that you will also need to cancel the credit card that you have set up on autopay with them. Did not monitor reviews, bad reviews still came through, and kept charging credit card after cancelation request.
