Aspire was relatively quick and intuitive to use. I have only been using the program for 2 months and feel very comfortable with it. There are many higher level features that I have yet to fully take advantage of.

Pros

Aspire helps our business streamline our processes and houses the majority of our date in one searchable program.

Cons

The lack of customization makes it difficult to tailor the program to a specific industry. I wish there more mobile options.

Going from Boss LM to Aspire was a night and day difference. Not sure how a landscape company can run without this software. Well run efficiently and profitable that is. This helps in so many ways= pricing, costs, work order tracking, client issue tracking, etc.

Pros

The simple UI makes training new employees a breeze! The built in training modules and knowledge center are super helpful tools. Being able to build proposals in the field speeds things up drastically. Keep pricing and cost updated helps make sure all employees are doing things the same.

Cons

They are trying to add too much to the system which makes things break in other areas. With that said, they are always quick to push out a fix if something breaks.

UI and features compared to Boss are like going from Windows DOS to Windows 11.

Aspire helps me achieve goals and manage our team every day. Without aspire we would be very lost here at DBL.

Pros

Aspire captures the most important data of our business. This streamlines our operations as well as analytics for us to make executive decisions that influence how we run our company. Aspire is an essential tool for our business and has helped drive growth of our revenue. The aspire team also assists us with any issue we have in a prompt manner. Best landscape management tool on the market.

Cons

Aspire is so massive and daunting it is hard to understand at first. However the educational resources are vast and the team is super helpful so you can easily learn if you put your mind to it.

Overall, Aspire has been one of the best investments we've made. It has helped us become more organized, more efficient, and given us better insight into our business. I use it every day, and while no software is perfect, the benefits far outweigh the frustrations. If you're willing to put in the time to learn it, it's an incredibly valuable tool for running a landscape company, and customer service is there to assist the entire way.

Pros

I love having everything in one place, from estimating and scheduling to work tickets, purchasing, invoicing, and reporting. Once you learn the system, it's incredibly powerful and gives you so much visibility into your jobs. I also really appreciate how much it helps keeps our team organized.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve, and some things aren't as intuitive as they could be. I still find myself wishing certain reports were easier to build or that some tasks took fewer clicks. It can feel overwhelming as first, but it gets much easier with experience.

I Really like it and would recommend it but I would also warn that there are many areas that are frustrating. It's not perfect

Pros

Ability to pull very complex reports in a matter or minute. Having all job information in one spot instead of multiple site and spreadsheets

Cons

Onboarding was a trainwreck. Change orders are annoying. If a mistake is made, it is often very difficult to fix.

The experience with Aspire overall has been very good. Its so nice to have everything in one location. prior to this we were missing information because it e=was in three different locations

Overall I am happy with the transition to Aspire from our other providers. It is a well built system and I would do it again. I just wouldn't look forward to the implementation and learning curve that still is happening more than a few years later.

Pros

The software is very robust and can unlock loads of valuable data into your business. It has helped us better understand our costs and where we need to price our services. The reporting is also pretty slick.

Cons

The complexity creates a very large learning curve. It is also expensive, and the customer support reps are lacking training. We use Miri an outside consulting firm to help implement parts of Aspire, they are so much more knowledgeable than the staff at Aspire on their own system but also add to the expense.

Implementing Aspire was very difficult, but now that we've had it for a year it is getting better. There are still very difficult and clunky processes, but we're learning when we build out the system how we want, it works well.

Pros

Having clear data to see where we were losing money on our jobs. Also the ability to have crews clock in and out of jobs in the field.

Cons

The implementation process was kind of a nightmare - extremely unclear and very little support. The implementation team, while nice, didn't know how landscape businesses work so it was hard to set the system up for our business.
